Description
Hi everybody, my name is Nicola: I am an Italian 37 years old man who after years of travelling is trying to re-locate back to his own homeland :Valtellina (north of Italy).
I inherited a big house from my grandparents which has 3 floors and has 4 rooms available (one has to be completed). The sorrounding is quite magnificent as the village is situated on the Alps and is only 20 km away from Lake Como. I would be delighted to guest people from different parts of the world/different parts of Italy as well.
The house is quite old and will need some love and attentions but I wouldn't want anybody to come over and work their day off without having the chance to experience the beauty which is all around, some help here and there on a daily routine would definitely do. I would like to clarify that even if the house is old, all the basics are covered: there is 1 bathroom , the kitchen is run by gas and there are a couple of fire places to warm up over winter time. The house also has a big garden beside which is good for allotment or any other type of gardening/activities.Types of help and learning opportunities

Over summer there will be plenty of activity for you to get involved with in the area such as hiking, climbing, and all the sports related to the lake: wakeboarding/kite-surfing ect.
We could happily go for a bike ride together or go down to the nearest bakery and get some awesome freshly baked bread for our morning breakfast:)
Skills wise....you could probably teach me more than what I can teach you, I have been repairing the house from the past 5years here and there but are all techniques I have learnt on the way.
As I have been living abroad for Soo long I miss feeling part of a multicultural environment, I hope this could help me on feeling less separated from the rest of the world as our places over here aren't much touristy.Help
General help such as re-painting some walls/fences...at some point I will have to change the main door entrance..the floor of the last room I have to finish has to be scraped. But no slavery is intended, Do as you feel policy work for me, everyone is welcome to add his artistic touch to it.
I would just be happy to guess some internationals in a place where the village life is relaxing and magic but at the same time it can get quiet slow and boring.Languages

The rooms are now three 1 big with double bed and two small with single bed in each one. As I wrote before there is another big room that has to be completed and once it will be ready it will become another double.
What else ...
The village where I live is called Sacco and is situated 10 mins away from another main village called Morbegno. Morbegno has a train station which communicate with all the main stations around the region(Milano,Bergamo,Lecco,Ect)
From Morbegno to Sacco there are busses running every 2 hours
