    Description

HI, my name is Lana and I’m the owner and creator of a beautiful eco-lodge place tucked into the rainforest of the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. Founded in 2000, our lodge offers sweeping canopy views of primary rainforest along with yoga, spa services, waterfalls, jungle hikes, wildlife-focused kayak and trekking tours.

Our kitchen and dining room serve delicious organic meals made with local and homegrown ingredients every day. The property sits on a lush hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and the beach is an easy 20-minute nature walk away. Bordering the world-renowned Corcovado National Park, our lodge is a true paradise for nature lovers—daily visits from monkeys, birds, frogs, and the brilliance of starry jungle nights are part of life here.

We have a close-knit team of guides, cooks, office staff, servers, and maintenance workers who love soccer, hiking, and spending time together. Some team members speak English, while others speak only Spanish, creating an authentic cultural exchange.

We are deeply dedicated to preserving the rainforest and honoring the peace, purity, and connection that come from living closely with nature. We welcome workawayers who share this love for the natural world and want to be part of a warm, supportive community.

Travelers will benefit from the beautiful tranquility of escaping to the rainforest. The gift of great food, yoga, and a friendly work environment go hand in hand with a stay here. They will likely gain Spanish language skills, small business management and guest relations skills as well. We have a working garden and kitchen, so travelers can benefit and learn from our team in those areas. Most importantly, our lodge is surrounded by some of the most biodiverse rainforests in the world. The chance to learn about wildlife and rainforest ecosystems is ever present.
