    Description

    Hello Workawayers...
We are a family of 5, myself and my two children, my mum and my brother living together, (with our pets of course) in the district of Stratford-upon-Avon, UK. Our home is a 5 bedroom detached house. We have 3 pets, a dog named Huxley, cat called Lily and a mouse named Pip-squeak.

Huxley is a medium sized Cockapoo who demands all the attention. He is 4 years old, full of fun and mischief and an expert in cuddles. He's fully house trained, vaccinated and neutered. He can be a bit nervous with new people but responds well with the right care and plenty of tasty treats.

Lily is an old and timid cat who lives indoors and is fully house trained. She will spend most of her time napping and hiding in one of the bedrooms upstairs. But she'll come down for her mealtimes and to tell us when it's our bedtime.

Our little mouse was rescued from the wild and is not domesticated but lives happily enough in a cage. All they need is a small amount of food each day and you probably won't see them unless you're up in the nighttime or early morning.

We also have some indoor and outdoor plants that will need a little water while we away.

This is Shakespeare country and our home is in the village of Bidford on Avon, just a few miles downstream from the Royal Shakespeare Company theatre Shakespeare's birthplace, his school and his mother, Mary Arden's farm.. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside and the river Avon is great for messing about on boats, wild-swimming, picnicking beside and just admiring the beauty of nature. We have a few local grocery stores, a few places for dining out, a pharmacy, hairdressers, library all in our village. There's a direct train to London Paddington from the station in the next village.

    Help

We need someone to stay in our home while we are away on holiday to provide care for our pets and plants. This will include feeding the pets and clearing up their mess everyday . Providing fresh water every day. Offering cuddles if they want them. The dog will need two 40mins walks per day and he will also demand that you play with him. If you want to go out to explore the local area then all our pets can be left at home alone for a few hours, but preferably no more than 6 hours.
