Hello!
We are Rosa and Gabriele, an Italian couple with 2 small children.
We live in Menorca, Spain, a small and quiet island in the Mediterranean.
We are looking for an au pair who wants to be part of our family, who shares our interests and feels comfortable in a quiet, rural setting outside the city.
If you like children, nature, and want to live an experience in Menorca, we would love to meet you!
I'm 38 years old and I work in event organization at a rural hotel on the island. Many years ago I was an au pair, and I have many beautiful memories of that experience that I cherish.
My partner, Gabriele, is 42 years old and works from home for an IT company. Together, we have two children, of 3 and 6 years old. Both attend school from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Also part of the family are two 1-year-old kittens, who are very playful and affectionate.
IMPORTANT: We are looking for an au pair available from August and at least until the end of October 2025.

We live in Llucmaçanes, a small and picturesque village in the middle of the Minorcan countryside, but only a few minutes from Mahón, one of the largest towns on the island. We love the tranquility of the countryside, but at the same time, the proximity to the town allows us to enjoy everything Mahón offers, such as its shops, restaurants, and cultural activities.
In the surroundings of Llucmaçanes, there are many ideal paths for country walks and enjoying nature. Mahón is only 10 minutes away by bike, and depending on the day of the week, public transport is also available.
We enjoy outdoor walks, excursions, barbecues with friends, and beach days.
We also love spending time at home: cooking together, playing as a family, and taking care of the garden are some of our favourite plans.
Gabriele and I use the mornings to work while the children are at school. In the afternoons, after eating, we spend time as a family and, sometimes, participate in some after-school activities.

Help
We would like our au pair to support us with some daily tasks involving the children. Getting them ready before school and preparing breakfast in the mornings. In the afternoons, when the children are at home, we would need you to look after them, play with them, and help us keep their toys tidy. Also, sometimes, handle bath time and accompany them at bedtime. Occasionally, it might be necessary to do babysitting during the night.

Accommodation
We live in a house located in a small village, surrounded by a large garden and very close to the Minorcan countryside. The surroundings are quiet and perfect for enjoying nature.
Our au pair will have her own double room on the ground floor of the house and a bathroom that she will share mainly with the children.
