Description
Hello everyone!
My name is Inna, and I own a family-run hotel that we have been managing for about 15 years.
I live here with my husband, our 14-year-old daughter, and our 13-year-old son. My husband's parents also live on the property in a separate house, so you'll have the chance to meet them and spend time with them as well.
We look forward to welcoming friendly, open-minded people from around the world and sharing our home and culture with you!
Our hotel is just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, so you can enjoy the sea every day—whether you'd like to go for a swim, take a relaxing walk, or simply enjoy the fresh air.
The beach area has plenty to offer, including restaurants, small supermarkets, bakeries, and people from many different countries. It's a lively and welcoming place where you'll always find something to do and new people to meet.
If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, you can also spend peaceful evenings by the sea, sitting on the sand or in a beach chair, listening to music or simply enjoying the sound of the waves. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whatever suits you best. -

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
At home, we mainly speak Albanian. I speak Albanian and have an intermediate level of English. My husband speaks fluent Albanian and fluent Italian, as well as some English. Our two children speak both Albanian and English fluently, so communication is usually easy and we enjoy meeting people from different cultures.ou will have all your meals with me and my family, which will give you the opportunity to learn Italian, Albanian, or even English, if you don’t speak it. I usually cook traditional Albanian dishes for you to learn about and taste a little bit of our culture.Sometimes in the afternoon, my family, some friends, and I have coffee or tea and eat some biscuits. You are more than welcome to join us, meet the people who come to our hotel, chat with them, learn Albanian, or improve your Albanian.

Help
As mentioned above, I run a hotel, so I’m looking for help with light housekeeping, such as cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms.
From time to time, you may have the opportunity to interact with our guests, but this is not a requirement. Your main responsibility will be helping with cleaning and keeping the hotel tidy. The work is light and not physically demanding, and we always try to create a friendly and relaxed working environment.
You will have two days off—usually on weekends, though they can be changed based on demand. -

What else ...
Our hotel is just a short walk from the beach, so you can swim, sunbathe, or enjoy a walk by the sea every day.
The beachfront is always full of life, with plenty of people, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and local shops. In the evenings, it's a wonderful place to take a relaxing walk, meet new people, or enjoy the events and activities that are often held there.
If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, you can simply relax on the beach, sit in a beach chair, or lie on the sand while listening to the sound of the waves.
We also have a bus stop just one minute from our hotel. From there, you can reach Tirana, the capital of Albania, in about 30 minutes. You can also get to Durrës city center in around 30 minutes, where you'll arrive at the main bus terminal. From there, it's easy to catch buses to many other destinations across Albania, making it simple and convenient to explore more of the country during your stay. -
