Learn to live with nature. What can you learn from the forest? Following Native American history through the forest you will live in to the rural Canadians who worked on the land generations ago.

This is a wilderness exchange. You will hear more birds than people. Many rare birds and animals that are endangered, share our forest.

Learn how to live in a remote location and rely on yourself for survival.

Want somewhere private where you can be loud and do almost anything you want?

Located in remote Canada (N.E. Saskatchewan) you will live in a forest. Our neighbors are wolves, deer, moose, rabbits, and many endangered wildlife. Our small farm tries to be as harmonious to the forest as we can and we harvest many wild plants and berries as well as grow a huge selection of fruits and vegetables.

We are looking for someone who can help with building and maintenance upkeep. Bonus points if you have done any siding, painting, or tree cutting experience. You must know how to push a wheelbarrow.

The nearest city is Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and it is a happening little city with amazing arts and cultural festivals. The summer in the city offers many opportunities for night life, shopping and other urban activities that you can enjoy coming and going.

NOTE: We will pick up and deliver to Saskatoon International Airport. During the stay MINIMAL AMENITIES will be available. You will have your own living space and can eat with us (or cook what you grow). There is a small center 10 minutes drive for other food, clothes, entertainment.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to have a remote wilderness stay and can complete or assist with carpentry, renovation or building .
