  Description

  This place was built only by volunteers over the years! Today all the work consists of setting up an edible forest, a fruit dryer, a pumping windmill, etc. Do not hesitate to come and participate in the small steps towards a viable AND enviable future !! Carpenter, I spent several years in different projects as a volunteer in Eastern Europe and I love the atmosphere! I am working on transitioning towards permaculture and setting up a food forest. I'm also building a big solar food deshydrator, a houseboat and a troglodyte house. You can come when you whant for the time you whant there is always something to do here! Come and spend a moment in a straw house surrounded by nature and participate in the birth of an edible forest, the discovery of wild plants and especially the establishment of an autonomous house!
  
  La maison a été construite uniquement avec des amis et des volontaires ! Il y a toujours des choses à faire ici, soit pour la maison, soit pour la plantation de la forêt comestible, soit pour la construction d'habitats légers sur la rivière d'à côté et actuellement sur la Loire.
  Ici le rythme dépend de chacun, suivant ce qui vous passionne ou non, suivant que nous sommes 2 ou 8 et suivant le temps dehors. À partir du moment ou vous rendez service un minimum vous pouvez aussi prendre le temps de vous poser dans la nature. Juste 2, 3 choses à savoir : la maison est seulement raccordée à une source, en été la douche se prend dans une tente douche (mais on va surtout se baigner tous les jours dans la rivière !) en hiver en chauffant l'eau sur le poêle. Il y a toujours ce qu'il faut pour l'alimentation car nous faisons des recups de supermarché. Il n'y a pas de frigo mais une cave, et toute la maison est en 12v alimentée par des panneaux photovoltaïques, pas de panique : il y a des prises usb un peu partout dans les chambres de la maison pour charger les téléphones !
  De juin jusqu'en septembre on peut se baigner dans l'Indre avec souvent des veillées autour du feu.
  La maison se trouvant au bord d'une grande forêt c'est aussi l'occasion de s'entraîner à reconnaître et utiliser toutes les plantes sauvages comestibles présentes dans la nature.
  Vous pouvez bien sur décider sur place d'écourter ou d'allonger votre séjour selon ce que vous ressentez !

  I suggest welcoming you to volunteer as much as you want, there is no obligation to work but there is always a way to help a minimum. There will be to take care of the fruit trees planted this year, to participate in the progress of the construction of an autonomous house.
  
  Je propose de vous accueillir pour participer bénévolement autant que vous voulez, il n'y a pas d'obligation de travail mais il y a toujours moyen d'aider un minimum. Il y aura à s'occuper des arbres fruitiers plantés cette année, à participer à l'avancée de la construction d'une maison autonome et d'habitats légers comme des cabanes sur l'eau (toues cabanées de Loire)

  Accommodation

  You will sleep in a home totaly build with volunteers (wood and straw bale construction), the water is naturally taken on place, there is only a outdoor showersolar (in a tent). There is 5 beds. For the food it's very simple but if you need more you can buy at the market at 5km. You will live in a house built 100% by volunteers (wooden construction and straw bales), the water is naturally pumped on site, the shower is solar (outdoor tent), for food I always have a base (rice , pasta, potatoes, oil etc.) but you have to plan something to supplement it a little if you wish otherwise if you don't mind I collect fruit and vegetables every week thrown by a supermarket. There are 5 beds available upstairs which is reserved for volunteers and a caravan.
  
  Vous habiterez dans une maison construite 100% par des volontaires (construction en bois et bottes de paille), l'eau est naturellement pompée sur place, la douche est solaire (tente exterieure), pour la nourriture j'ai toujours une base (riz, pates, pommes de terre huile etc.) et on complète en allant fair de la récup de marché, biocoop etc. Il y a 5 lits disponibles à l'étage qui sont reservés aux et une caravane aménagée en bois.
