👋 hey, my name is Dario, I'm originally from Germany, currently living in Estonia, and am looking for people to help me build a nest in central Sweden, close to nature 😊

Since nobody is living in the house currently, it's the ideal playground for doing something with your hands while still having room for making mistakes!
Nyland itself is a small town of around 1000 souls, embedded into a Unesco World Heritage site: Sweden's Höga Kusten (High Coast) area. The people there are really lovely and while you can get by with English, it's a great place to be actually forced to use Swedish. Great for practicing!
Help
I just acquired land and a house in Nyland, close to Kramfors, in central Sweden.
The house is liveable but many parts of the interior could use a facelift: removing old wallpaper, painting walls, installing smart locks, receiving IKEA order and assembling furniture are all things I need help with.

Accommodation
You have to whole house for yourself: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, of which one has a shower.
The house is currently mostly empty and finding/adding furniture is part of what I need help with.
If something doesn't work for you (e.g. wrong bed/wrong room, missing a desk, etc), we'll work together on finding something nice and turn it into a reality!
What else ...
Nature is the main attraction in this area! There is a skiing area close by in the next biggest town of Kramfors, a neighbor down the street from the house is keeping horses, and getting acquainted with the people in Nyland can also be fun.
If you want to stay for a longer time, I suggest bringing your own passion project with you: a book or course you are creating, or maybe the online business you are working on.
