    Description

    Hello! 😊
Thank you very much for your interest in our project.
Our small family business is run by my father, César, and myself, Julio. We are currently working little by little to continue growing our project. We are located on Santa Cruz Island, in the Galápagos province.
We are a farm with natural tourist attractions such as lava tunnels and giant tortoises. We also have a forest located in the transition zone, with a high level of plant endemism and endemic and native bird species from the island.
In addition, we have organic orchards and fruit trees of different kinds, such as oranges, tangerines, pears, avocados, coconuts, guabas, guavas, and more.
    Main volunteer requirement
The most important requirement is that the volunteer has at least a 50% level of Spanish, as they will need to support Spanish-to-English translation during the tours.
Areas where volunteers can help (not all skills are required)
Volunteers may have knowledge or interest in one or more of the following areas (it is not necessary to know everything):
    Marketing and social media support
    Community Manager
    Web development
Editing promotional videos, photos, or maps
Teaching English to my father and me (in exchange, we can teach Spanish)
Customer service and tourism-related business administration
    Reforestation
    Cooking
    Painting
    Accommodation and benefits
We offer private rooms for volunteers.
Currently, there are two paid staff members working with us, who are in charge of guiding tours around the farm and serving snacks. You will learn and share new experiences with them.
We provide accommodation, fresh water, and fresh fruits from the farm.
The volunteer program includes breakfast only, and a private kitchen space is available for volunteers to prepare their own meals.
We have no problem if volunteers smoke; they are free to do so.
We would love to welcome volunteers who enjoy nature, animals, and work, and who are interested in cultural exchange—teaching us about their culture and learning about ours.

    ESPAÑOL
    ¡Hola! 😊
