  Description

  I'm a 65-year-old woman who lives alone. My house is located in the countryside of a small village in the Tuscia Viterbo area. I have 12 olive trees and a small vegetable garden. I have no nearby houses, only other vegetable gardens and olive groves. I don't currently have chickens, as I'd like to better structure the chicken coop. I'm close to Viterbo, with its thermal baths and medieval center, the Bomarzo Monster Park, the Etruscan necropolises and cave roads, Civita di Bagnoregio, the dying city, and also the Umbrian region: Orvieto, the Alviano nature reserve, Amelia, and Lake Bolsena.
  
  Sono una donna di 65 anni che vive da sola. La mia casa è situata nella campagna di un piccolo paesino nella Tuscia viterbese, ho 12 olivi e un piccolo orto. Non ho abitazioni vicine, solo altri orti e uliveti. Al momento non ho galline, perché vorrei strutturare meglio il pollaio. Mi trovo vicino a Viterbo, con le sue terme e il centro medievale, vicino al parco dei mostri di Bomarzo, alle necropoli etrusche e vie cave, a Civita di Bagnoregio la città che muore, ma anche alla parte umbra: Orvieto, oasi di Alviano, Amelia e Lago di Bolsena.

  I'm available to teach you about Italian cuisine, as I worked on a farm for 30 years, making cheese, wood-fired bread, and all sorts of processed foods. I also ran a restaurant for 3 years. My other passion is outdoor theater, which I still practice in my work as an educator at school camps and summer camps. I can also share traditional country songs and songs from around the world. I'd love to learn how to work with wood, a material I love.
  
  Sono disponibile ad insegnare qualcosa della cucina italiana, in quanto ho lavorato in una fattoria per 30 anni, producendo formaggi, pane cotto nel forno a legna ed ogni sorta di prodotti trasformati. Ho gestito anche un ristorante per 3 anni.
  L'altra mia passione è il teatro nella natura che ancora pratico nella mia attività di educatrice in campi scuola e campi estivi. Posso anche passare canti della tradizione contadina e canti dal mondo.
  Mi piacerebbe imparare a lavorare con il legno, materiale che amo.

  Help

  Since I have a disability that prevents me from doing heavy tasks or lifting heavy objects, I welcome help with landscaping the garden, creating paths and providing a support for the sink and table. The iron awning covering the terrace needs to be painted, as does the railing; the terrace itself needs to be enclosed on the north side, and the existing fireplace needs to be restored. All of this will be done with a permaculture approach, using and recycling local materials. I just completed a permaculture design course and have always done manual labor, but I need someone who knows how to work with wood, because we'll be using reclaimed wood to enclose the terrace, and a couple of doors will also need to be made.
  
  Poiché ho un grado di invalidità che non mi permette di svolgere lavori troppo pesanti e di sollevare pesi, ho bisogno di aiuto per sistemare il giardino, facendo dei sentieri e un sostegno per lavabo e tavolo. Il ferro della tettoia che copre la terrazza andrebbe verniciato, così come la ringhiera; la terrazza stessa andrebbe chiusa a nord e andrebbe ripristinato il camino esistente; tutto questo in un'ottica permaculturale, con l'uso e il riciclo di materiali locali.
  Ho appena concluso un corso per progettare in permacultura e ho sempre svolto lavori manuali, ma avrei bisogno di qualcuno che sa lavorare con il legno, perché per chiudere la terrazza utilizzeremo legno di recupero e sarà necessario fare anche un paio di porte.

  I have a room with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. I'm currently setting up another room with a king-sized bed and shared bathroom. I offer three meals a day. Please let me know if you're vegan, vegetarian, have any special diets, or have any allergies.
