Hi, my name is Andrew and I work with syntropic agriculuture (agrofloresta, agroforestry). I have been working with planting and managing these types of agricultural systems since 2010.
Agroflorestas are the way to make agriculture harmonious with nature by following its logics. It has limitless possibilities to create food, fertile soil and water while regenerating biodiversity.
We are located in Chapadao do Céu and currently have 15 hectares of biodiverse agroflorestas, of several different ages, and intend to expand to much larger scale.
We sell our produce locally and work with processing mandioca and other fruits.

The farm is located near the Rio Formoso, part of the ecological corridor to the Emas National Park. This region is headwaters to the Parana and Araguaia water basins, it is also known for its flat and expansive plateaus. One of the largest conservation areas of the native cerrado vegetation. The river is perfect for swimming and kayaking, which we do all the time.
