I‘m currently living in Germany and just finished school. Now I’m taking a year off to travel and to gain new experiences and meet new people :)

Hi! My name is Thuy and I'm 18 years old. I'm interested in working with kids and I'm really into music, photography and reading. Besides that, I love learning new languages. This year I finished school and before I'm going to university next year I'm deciding to travel a bit. Not just to gain new experiences or meeting new friends but also to see the world from other perspectives and to actually realize that there is so much more outside waiting for me than sitting in my room and working 24/7. I believe that through workaway I won't just develop my skills and knowledge but also have the possibility to make so much memories to tell my kids one day that life is so much more than we think it is ;)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Hi! I‘m Thuy and I‘m 18 years old. I love working with children and that’s why I volunteered in Thailand for 5 weeks to teach children English. In this 5 weeks I gained more patience and confidence in dealing with kids. I also learned to be creative and I improved my English. Also, I did an internship in a kindergarten, so I can work with younger kids too. Beides that, I work in an arena in my city, where people play handball or special occasions are given and I sell drinks and food to people. That gives me the ability to work in a team and to be able to communicate properly with others. I also love to read and I’m interested in photography :)
