Hello, I'm Nora and currently I am travelling Europe.

I've worked with rescue animals such as cats, dogs and penguins in different parts of the world and I've woofed on several farms: harvesting and taking care of chickens, dogs, alpakas, sheep, rabbits and cats. I am ready for new volunteer experiences and looking forward to working with animals if possible! I just came back from a volunteer campaign in Antarctica to save our oceans.

I studied English and Italian. I have an official German State Exam that allows me to teach at all German schools (private and public).

I have teaching experience at several German elementary schools (teaching German, Maths, English) and high schools (teaching English, Italian, Ethics, Dance).

I also worked as a teaching assistant in the U.S. and taught German there.

I have a certificate as an aerobics instructor and vinyasa and yin yoga instructor.

I worked as a waitress in a restaurant and several cafés.

In the past months, I have worked on several farms and have stayed with families.

My week with Carla, Bruce, and the girls was an absolute pleasure. The family is super nice and easy going. I could feel that they were fine with however I wanted to schedule my tasks and trusted me with their gear. It felt very good to be doing some rust repairs and exploring the Mackay area as well.

Nora was so helpful and so wonderful to get to know. She helped with garden, organizing and cleaning tasks that I could not do alone. She just knows what needs to be done and gets to it. I look forward to her return this year!

Vom Workawayer für Host (Animal shelter welcomes help ...)

Oh, my boyfriend and I wanted to stay only for two weeks, but we ended up coming back for one more week... And another one... And another one.
