Hi sweet people ❣️ We are Mihaela & Hermis. We are 2 young and enthusiastic spirits keen for finding truth while having fun, meeting people from all over the world and learning new things together and grow individually meanwhile doing everything with love and compassion... we have met during our travels in Ecuador a year ago where we did a volunteering in Cuenca at a plant medicine retreat and we then decided to travel together and explore the world, we continued our adventures in Colombia where we did a volunteering at a cacao finca where we felt in love with the plant of cacao and learned how to make chocolate. Hermis is a passionate singer, he has a cuatro (a Venezuelan instrument) and enjoy playing whenever has a chance 🎶 🎵

My name is Mihaela and I am an enthusiastic physiotherapist by profession but I worked also as a Personal Trainer while I was in University; my dream was to see New York and travel to America so when I saw there is a Work & Travel programme, I enrolled in it in my third and last year of University and this is when my passion for traveling, learning and meeting new people and learning new cultures began. I worked in a hotel as a food runner, I worked in a kitchen with a multi-cultural team in Miami, Florida. It was the best 3 months of my life. I had another months to travel therefore I fulfilled my dream to visit New York; it was surreal. I travelled to NY by myself. I found out that I can go and see the world and meet great people out there. When I came back I got a job as a Physiotherapist in my hometown in Bucharest and I worked there for 1 year and a half but I felt I want to learn more so I decided to move to UK to practice there. I got a role working for NHS during pandemic. It was stressful but very rewarding. The job role was in the community which meant I was going to patients home, helping mainly elderly people to regain their independence following hospital admissions/ illness. I've met incredible people, I've listened to so many life stories, elderly people that fought in the war, stories about living in different generations and so so many. I cried with them, I laughed with them. This was the best job of my life. After almost 3 years I decided I want to travel more to meet people and learn more about myself and other cultures therefore here I am. I did a volunteering in a plant based retreat for 6 months in Ecuador, a volunteering at an English institute in Cuenca, Ecuador, a volunteering in Colombia near Santa Marta at a cacao finca, another volunteering at a finca of olives in Castellon de la Plana, Spain and I am looking forward to see what other opportunities are available around the world 🌎🌎🌎
