  Teacher, parent and ecological horticulturist. We live in the Sierra de las Nieves, Málaga, at the foot of a beautiful river and countryside. It is a very beautiful and peaceful, ideal for people who love nature, outdoors and healthy food.
  We don't speak english, only spanish and french
  
  We are practically vegetarians, although we eat fish and occasionally meat once a week, Helena does not eat meat. So it is an ideal place for vegans and vegetarians. If you are a carnivore and do not adapt, this is probably not your place. If you like to eat organic vegetables, directly from the garden, seasonal and fruit from the trees, this is your place. We care a lot about having a healthy and varied diet, so we complete it with legumes, cereals, etc.
  It is important that you know that the work is done in the morning, we will be working outside until lunchtime, so in the morning except some day, you are alone. That is why we are looking for independent and autonomous people. The rest of the day and on weekends we will be with you.
  Ideal for people who are in good physical condition since work sometimes requires more effort, who have a healthy and balanced mind and who understand the philosophy of exchange.
  
  Somos Toni y Helena, profesor de Educación Física y secretaría en el Instituto de Educación Secundaria de Alozaina. Entre los dos tenemos tres hijos, Ulises de 18 años, Enio de 28 y Claudia de 26 años. Actualmente no conviven con nosotros aunque vienen a visitarnos de vez en cuando.
  Vivimos en plena Sierra de las Nieves (Málaga) al pie de un río precioso y limpio, en plena naturaleza. Es un lugar muy hermoso y tranquilo, ideal para personas tranquilas, amantes de la naturaleza, del trabajo al aire libre y de la comida sana.
  No hablamos inglés por ahora, así que si no hablas español o francés sería imposible que nos comuniquemos.
  Somos prácticamente vegetarianos, aunque comemos una vez a la semana pescado y ocasionalmente carne, Helena no come carne. Por lo que es un lugar ideal para veganos y vegetarianos. Si eres carnívoro y no te adaptas probablemente este no es tu lugar. Si te gusta comer verduras ecológicas, directamente de la huerta, de temporada y frutos de los árboles, este sí es tu lugar. Nos preocupamos mucho por tener una alimentación saludable y variada por lo que la completamos con legumbres, cereales, etc..
  Es importante que sepas que el trabajo se realiza por la mañana, nosotros estaremos trabajando fuera hasta la hora de comer, por lo que por las mañanas excepto algún día, estás sol@. Es por eso que buscamos personas independientes y autónomas. El resto del día y los fines de semana estaremos contigo.
  Preferimos personas no fumadoras y sin adicciones a drogas.
  Ideal para personas que estén en buena condición física ya que el trabajo en ocasiones requiere más esfuerzo, que tengan una mente sana y equilibrada y que entiendan la filosofía del intercambio.

  We need responsible and autonomous people who want to help. There are more volunteers nearby. Here you can speak Spanish (we also speak French) you can eat almost 100% organic and very healthy food, bathe in a river with clean and transparent waters, it is a very beautiful and quiet place. They are 1 hour from Ronda, and 40 minutes from Marbella, 50 from Malaga and in general from the Costa del Sol. There are more volunteers nearby. We are very interested in the conservation and protection of nature, healthy living, philosophy, meditation and yoga, singing and when we can, we like to practice various sports, such as tennis, badminton, volleyball, table tennis (we have a table at home), we like to walk in the mountains and much more.
  
  Aquí pueden hablar en español (hablamos también francés) pueden comer comida casi 100% ecológica y muy sana, bañarse en un rio de aguas limpias y transparentes, es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Están a 1 hora de Ronda, y 40 minutos de Marbella, 50 de Málaga y en general de la costa del sol.
  Hay más voluntarios cerca.
  Estamos muy interesados en la conservación y protección de la naturaleza, de la vida sana,la filosofía, la meditación y el yoga, cantar y cuando podemos, nos gusta practicar varios deportes, como tenis, bádminton, voleibol, tenis de mesa (tenemos una mesa en casa), nos gusta caminar por las montañas y muchas cosas más.

  Occasionally in construction, splitting wood for heating, .... We like to receive autonomous, responsible, motivated people who want to cooperate with us. It is very important to be physically fit as some tasks may require more physical effort and we are looking for balanced and cool people.
  
  Necesitamos ayuda en el huerto, en el cuidado de los árboles, desbrozado de hierba, en la limpieza de la casa y en la cocina. Esporádicamente en la construcción, partiendo madera para la calefacción, .... Nos gusta recibir a gente autónoma, responsable, motivada y con ganas de cooperar con nosotros. Es muy importante estar bien físicamente ya que algunas tareas pueden requerir más esfuerzo físico y buscamos personas equilibradas y con buena onda.
