A beach front hostel with swimming pool and relaxed party vibes. A great place for people to meet locals as well as people from all over the world. We are looking for fun, energetic and outgoing people who can make the place enjoyable for the guests and bring people together by assisting entertainment manager with daily activities and the organization of evening parties and events. We do not accept couples. Come and try surfing, paddleboarding, volleyball, ping pong, kayaking and enjoying this wonderful community.

A great opportunity to learn surfing from the locals and help promote Guatemalan surfing worldwide as well as a rich engagement with the local community which is great for practicing and mastering your Spanish.

Arbeit
We are looking for hostel volunteers who can bring people from all over the world together and create an energetic friendly hostel vibe. We have a lot of local surfers at weekends too so opportunity to practice your Spanish. Volunteers will assist the entertainment manager in engaging with the guests, setting up and running daily activities as well as organizing evening events and parties. The main role of the volunteers is to engage with the guests and provide a truly memorable experience. The minimum commitment is a month.

Vom Workawayer (Piet) für Host
I‘ve spent the two most amazing month in this hostel, working behind the bar, helping in general maintenance or building furniture. I would totally recommend this place, friendly and funny owners, staff and other volunteers, best food in Guatemala, good waves for surfing and always down for partying! Definetly gonna come back!

Honestly he was so good at everything we asked him to do we tried as hard as possible to get him off normal volunteer bar jobs and try and give him side projects wherever possible. Joel was simply brilliant. He helped so much much with his carpentry. He also pulled some shifts behind the bar. He was down to earth and fun to work with and got on with other volunteers and the guests as well. I would strongly recommend him for any work you might have available.
