I like the idea of learning through doing. I believe purpose comes from being useful, staying curious, and leaving a positive impact wherever possible.
Traveling, for me, is not about collecting destinations but about understanding different ways of life, stepping outside my comfort zone, and growing as a person. I enjoy simple living, community-oriented projects, and experiences that create a positive impact for everyone involved.
I have a degree in Engineering and have worked on different projects over the years. I studied English in London, and I also spent some time in Berlin where I gave German a try… without much success.
I’ve worked on different projects over the years, often as part of a team. I’m used to adapting quickly, taking responsibility, and helping where needed. I enjoy learning new things and contributing in practical ways.

I’ve traveled quite a bit and spent time in different countries and cultures, which has helped me become open-minded, adaptable, respectful and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy being part of shared projects, contributing where needed, and learning from the people around me.
I’ve volunteered with TECHO, an NGO focused on building temporary housing solutions for families living in vulnerable conditions. Through this experience, I learned the importance of teamwork, commitment, and working with purpose. https://colombia.techo.org/

Juan estuvo con nosotros el mes de marzo de 2022, fue un mes muy lluvioso y frio pero juan se adapto de maravilla, aunque hubiera preferido algo ms de calorcito😬😬. Pase 2 semanas increíbles en la finca, simplemente gracias a todo la familia y voluntarios, por la deliciosa comida, por las charlas que compartimos, por las actividades que realizamos. Fue una gran experiencia ayudar con las tareas del campo y en el mercado. Fueron el impulso final para terminar mi travesía en bici. Un gran abrazo.

I spent 3 weeks at this hostel. Its a really good place to chill and to explore Tulum and the surrounds, the work is pretty easy just help at the reception and chat with the guests. Thanks to Bruno, Fran and the other volunteers for sharing their time and stories.

Estuve 4 semanas en el hotel y la experiencia fue increible. El hotel tiene todas los servicios que te puedas imaginar y la comida es exquisita, tuve la oportunidad de bucear en la Laguna y es una experiencia unica. Gracias a Tim, Ronnie, Fabby y todo el staff por tan memorable tiempo. Y tambien a Bella!!!!

Estuve 1 mes ayudando en el hostal, un par de semanas en mantenimiento y otras en recepción. El trabajo es justo con los beneficios que recibes, tienes tiempo libre de sobra para ir a la playa, pescar o bucear. La bicicleta que te dan es de gran ayuda para moverse en Bocas.
