Hello everyone,first of all, mind that its a project or proto-community on its first stages, dont expect luxury but a comfortable small paradise. Lot of work need to be done and we expect you to do different and effort requiring tasks as gardening,weeding, building, collect stones, chopping wood, cave building, animal care, cooking, harvest veggies, create new spaces, fix fences, construct furniture, paint, cleaning and lots more.... expect to get dirty. Working hours would be 0900 to 1300 monday to friday allthough you will need to feed animals daily and occasionaly water plants in the evening so as many of them are required to water in the evenings of the summer season.Mind that summer working times may vary cause of the heat.
We are looking for autonomous,proactive and open mind people, ready to change their city mindset, that is, able to cook, clean for themselves , work outdoors under the sun, work with animals, without being told how to do everything about farm duties.... as we say if you dont know anything about countryside living, sustainable life, responsible consume of food or farm related tasks ,this is not your kind of place.
You will have at your disposal food to cook your meals,room in the cave house that is super cool in summer or we are also fixing caravans, or you just can set up a tent or park your campervan ,mind that the place is very hot in summer so hours of work can be different to avoid midday sun ...Comunal kitchen and shared shower and many little places to lie down to read, listen to music,etc. We dont use normal wc for peeing, there is a dry composting toilet only to poo. We do not have sewage so you will need to pee outdoors by any tree.
Common sense and communication are esential in our farm. We like intimacy and theres is plenty of room to do that. We normally eat together but there might be nights that you will need to cook for your own. We do like socialicing and making new friends but we also understand that everyone is different and some people have its own private life and its own timing.This is also a space for self knowledge, retrospection and meditation. Bear in mind that owners are sometimes away some days working in Babylon so we do have our own duties and you might need to stay and work alone as well as keep the farm safe.You must have phone to be connected in case of emergency. Washing machine only works with cold water and can not be used daily.
No TV, daily alcohol use not allowed. You will need to be very responsible with the use of water as we live in a desert.
In terms of food we provide a reasonable plate of food in every meal but we are limited in sweets, groceries and munchies. We dont pay your munchies and your special requirements. We do vegetarians meals most of the days normally from our garden.
The views are beautiful and we have no neighbors, you can take spectacular walks into the desert or the mountains nearby as we are close to the Alpujarra , the town is 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking ... and the beach 30 minutes by car.Village nearby has buses and trains daily to Granada and Almería.We do have bycicle to go to village.

Cave house, wood hut,caravans or tent.... there is also space available for campervans and trucks.
We will provide beds with mattress in a cosy cave house, but if you feel like sleeping in the garden its totally fine.

We live in between the desert of Tabernas and the beach of Almeria. Only 20 minutes by car to the beach but in a isolated valley really nice and warm. Water is available from a dwell.
