  Hello, my name is Roberto I am owner of our boutique hotel located in Ancud, Chiloe.
  This establishment has been constructed completely by Chilote hands with a unique Chilote style using oregon pine.
  Together we can discover this beautiful island and enjoy friendly people, beautiful places and the inmensity of this land.
  Here we do not only host tourists, but as well receive guests to enjoy the teahouse that is also part of the hotel. Most important to me is to provide our guests with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Therefore I´m looking for volunteers that a friendly, hospitable, proaktive and over all want to leave a good trace by helping me with my lovely place.

  Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten

  You will live and help in a traditional Chilote wooden house, experience Chilean culture and will also have the oportunity to try some of the traditional dishes of the island. Furthermore you´ll be living with a typical Chilote family (me, my dog and my parents, that are also living here).
  
  In your free time you can explore Ancud with its rich culture, various bars/restaurants, beautiful beaches and cultural activities. Furthermore you will the opportunity to explore the island, as for example Chepú and the natural reserve of Puñihuil, where you can see differents species of penguins (magallanics and humboldt) and differents species of birds and fauna.

  Arbeit

  I am looking for a volunteer that is proactive, solution-oriented, responsable, that speaks english and spanish fluently and could stay with me for 1- 2 weeks.
  
  The tasks generally depend on the season, but could be:
  help and cleaning in the farm (April-August), buy groceries , changing bed sheets, gardening and helping with the maintenance of the hotel.
  I would also like to practice English and would like someone to help me with this.

  For your work we offer you your own little room or a bunk bed in the hotel (depending on the season/temperature) and breakfast as well as lunch.
  You can use all the facilities in the hotel.

  We need a only one person (men) who can stay for 1 o 4 weeks or +.
  You can also participate in the hotel and the farm.
  You dont shave to think much,only come and enjoy this magical island and wonderful people.
