    Description

Hi, my name is Patrick, I'm 42 and married with two kids and a dog. I have just bought a house to restore in Plogoff, Brittany. The house is in relatively good condition with water and electricity and a good roof with clean rooms but has no toilets or shower just yet. It has a large garden and two small fields beside. The house is a ten minutes walk from the Baie des Trépassés with surf, fishing etc. I'm looking for one or two people to do all sorts of work from gardening, building stone walls etc.

As well as enjoying the scenery around Plogoff, people will see/help with a whole range of building skills necessary to fully restore a stone house. We are really at the start of the project but I will need help with all sorts of tasks including lime rendering/plastering, stonework, gardening tasks etc. I speak English and French.

Plogoff is located about 15mins drive west of Audierne in South Finistere in Brittany. There is loads to do if you like the outdoor life such as cycling, walking, swimming in the sea, fishing etc. The Pont du Raz is close by and is a must see as well as the Baie des Trépassés. I have two bicycles which I can lend out and that is the best way to get around if you don't have a car.
