This Farm is in its 45th year of operation. We are an organic tree farm. We grow coffee, macadamia nuts, pineapples, citrus, avocados and exotic 'boutique' fruits, bananas and herbs.
We have a dog, cats, chickens and a turtle. We are also restoring native forest. We live at 2,000 feet elevation with panoramic ocean views. Weather is mild.

Help in the house
Travelers learn about native plants and preparing locally sourced and native foods. We are primarily a tree farm with an emphasis on citrus, avocados and coffee, so there are opportunities to learn everything about trees from starting seedlings to root pruning. We are near a small village with a locally-sourced Farmer's Market.
We do most of our own construction, cement work, painting, repairs, car and tractor maintenance, so there are always opportunities to gain skills in these areas as well, for those who are interested.
We expect five hours of help a day, five days a week. Tasks vary and can include picking fruit and weeding, mowing, helping with farm building maintenance and construction projects, walking the dog, feeding chickens, house cleaning projects and more.

We offer modest, comfortable rooms for 1-2 people, with a shared bathroom. There are public decks, a shared kitchen, wi-fi, laundry, hot water, electricity, linens, blankets, and towels. We provide work gloves and farm boots.
We are a smoke-free, alcohol-free, drug-free farm. We provide healthy, wholesome food including whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, and eggs from our chickens.
We enjoy working hard, eating well, and connecting with the land and its amazing plants and creatures.
