    About us:

After an exciting, but tough journey in business. I made the decision to connect with what truly makes me happy, nature. I left that world and have spent the last 2 years building the infrastructure, doing renovations and establishing the foundations for a self-sustainable, eco-friendly, nature connected lifestyle. With the hard work from my previous life/journey, I've purchased a spectacular 50 acres rainforest farm, with 20 acres of lush cleared land and 30 acres of unexplored steep forest. The original intention was to create a way of life that would enable myself, family, friends and the community to live and share a self-sustainable lifestyle.

As time has progressed, given the current state of the world, the vision has evolved and our goal is to create a conscious and magical space to heal and thrive, while inspiring others to transform their lives for sustainable living. Ultimately inspiring a new way of learning, living and experiencing. There are so many exciting projects I'm passionate about, the opportunity is limitless, there is a lot of work ahead.

    Milestones:

    - Milestone 0 - (Complete) Renovate and refurbish existing buildings

    - Milestone 1 - (Complete) Establish accomodation for volunteers / workawayers and communal area

Milestone 2 - (Complete) High quality limitless water source. 40 meters from below the artesian basin, irrigated throughout the property (140,000 liters in tank space)

    - Milestone 3 - (Complete) Ensure the whole property is powered by Solar with off-grid capability (mains / generator back ups)

    - Milestone 4- (Complete) Establish a small animal area and start breeding goats, chickens, ducks etc

    - Milestone 5 - (In progress) Create a space to host community events, for healing, growth and connection.

    - Milestone 6- (In Progress) Establish health and wellness practices, currently have infrared sauna, ice-bath, outdoor bath, fire baths, looking to integrate more options across the property to also host private conscious retreats

    - Milestone 7 - (In progress) Build and nurture a small conscious community.Create a self-sustainable / organic food source, so that everyone on the property can be fed sustainably with abundance for trade, and markets. Shade house built, fruit orchid planted, seedlings growing.need to accelerate growing practices.

    - Milestone 8 - (In progress) Enhance the space for healing, adventure, growth and play, integrate projects to inspire others to life self-sustainable and provide an educational element to the farm to help expand the views of those that visit. Ensuring there is sufficient income for the farm to sustain itself, the exciting projects and people contributing to the land.

    - Milestone 9 (In progress) Truly live off the land, leverage natural materials to build useful structures made out of cob and recycled/upcycled materials, make this an educational process for all, while exploring artistic and creative energy to

    - Milestone 10 (To be started) Integrate the unexplored forest with the rest of the property, food systems, regeneration and nurturing habitats for wildlife

We have recently become a breeder of dairy dwarf goats, with many new babies hopping around!

    What we’re looking for:

This Workaway is best suited to couples or friends, who ideally have their own car or transport, a love of and experienced with animals (farm animals especially goats highly desired), experience in sustainable food practices (permaculture, agroforestry, gardening enthusiasts), a positive outlook, open mind and conscious way of life.
