We Need volunteers to plant the summer garden and take wood for the winter

Join us in a beautiful country house, in Casperia near Rome.
We are a family composed of mom Valentina, dad Stefano and two children Elia of 12 years and Bianca of 18 years. For years we have lived in a splendid stone farmhouse dating back to the end of the 19th century in a countryside near Rome called "Sabina", famous since Roman times for the production of olive oil. The farmhouse is located in the center of four hectares of unfenced land, between pasture, arable land and woods at the foot of Casperia, a small medieval village perched on a slope. The village is small with closed traffic, very characteristic and for years the orange flag for its beauty. This dimension is the one that corresponds most to us. We like to dedicate ourselves to the land and to all activities related to personal and local care, we are trained in permaculture and we marry its principles. We have planted fruit trees, cultivated an aromatic garden, and we are dedicated to the production of our vegetables. We love self-production, from food to construction, between carpentry and masonry. We have 7 cats, a dog and three donkeys that we love, they are part of the family. Valentina, I love learning new things and sharing free ancient knowledge. We like music and dance, we often play and sing. We practice meditation, reiki and Feldenkrais. We like to receive friends and spend happy evenings.
Accogliamo viaggiatori che abbiano voglia di dedicarsi alla costruzione di un bagno esterno in legno e stare in casa quando andremo via per qualche giorno
Siamo una famiglia composta da mamma Valentina, papà Stefano e due figli Elia di 12 anni e Bianca di 17 anni.
Da 5 anni viviamo in uno splendido casale in pietra di fine '800 in una campagna vicino Roma chiamata "Sabina" famosa già dai tempi dei romani per la produzione di olio di oliva. Il casale si trova al centro di quattro ettari di terreno non recintato, tra pascolo, seminativo e bosco ai piedi di Casperia, piccolo borgo medievale arroccato su un pendio. Il paesino è piccolo a traffico chiuso, molto caratteristico e da anni bandiera arancione per la sua bellezza.
Questa dimensione è quella che ci corrisponde di più. Ci piace dedicarci alla terra e a tutte le attività legate alla cura della persona e del luogo, siamo formati in permacultura e ne sposiamo i principi. Abbiamo impiantato alberi da frutto, coltivato un giardino di aromatiche, e ci dedichiamo alla produzione delle nostre verdure. Amiamo l'autoproduzioone, dal cibo alle costruzioni, tra falegnameria e muratura. Abbiamo 5 gatti un cane e due asinelli che adoriamo, fanno parte della famglia. Valentina, Amo imparare nuove cose e condividere gli antichi saperi gratuitamente. Ci piace la musica e la danza, spesso suoniamo e cantiamo. Pratichiamo la meditazione, il reiki e il Feldenkrais. Ci piace ricevere amici e passare serate in allegria.

Salve a tutti, abbiamo due figli di 12 e 17 anni che amerebbero imparare le lingue. Anche a noi genitori piacerebbe!!!
Accommodation
We can offer a caravan and tent space adjacent to the farmhouse, with the possibility of using the internal services (there is a plan to build an external compost-toilet shortly), otherwise, based on availability and periods. The kitchen will be managed with shift assignments for main meals.
Possiamo offrire uno spazio tenda e roulotte limitrofe al casale, con possibilità di utilizzare i servizi interni al casale (c'è in progetto la realizzazione a breve di una compost-toilet esterna). La cucina verrà gestita con le assegnazioni di turni per i pasti principali.
What else ...
The farmhouse is located in the open countryside, on the edge of a large wood with several hiking trails. The small village of Casperia (equipped with all the basic services such as Post, Food, Bar, etc. ..) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. At about 800 meters from the farmhouse it is possible to reach the local bus stop, through which you can reach the Poggio Mirteto Scalo railway station, and then arrive in Rome in 45 minutes. In the surroundings it will be very nice to visit the ancient village of the Abbey of Farfa, the Sabini mountains, to cool off by immersing yourself in the Farfa stream in the warmer months.
Il casale si trova in aperta campagna, ai margini di un grande bosco provvisto di diversi sentieri escursionistici. Il piccolo borgo di Casperia (fornito di tutti i servizi base come Posta, Alimentari, Bar, ecc..) è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti. A circa 800 metri dal casale è possibile raggiungere la fermata dell' autobus locale, tramite cui si può raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di Poggio Mirteto Scalo, per poi arrivare in 45 minuti a Roma. Nei dintorni sarà molto bello visitare l'antico borgo dell' Abbazia di Farfa, i monti Sabini, rinfrescarsi immergendosi nel torrente Farfa nei mesi più caldi.

Abbiamo un casale immerso nella natura, possiamo ospitare famiglie con camper tranquillamente. We have a farmhouse surrounded by nature, we can easily accommodate families with campers.

Amiamo molto gli animali, abbiamo un cane sette gatti e tre asinelli possiamo ospitare amici con animali, tranne cagnoline femmine. We love animals very much, we have a dog, seven cats and three donkeys. We can host friends with animals, except for female dogs.
