    Hello!

The first important thing to know is that we’re only seeking native English-speaking girls 😊

We’d love to find someone who’s a university graduate, confident, fun, enthusiastic, and full of knowledge to share with our son, Bhima Richard. He’s 12 years young, attends high school, and is very active—he plays drums, loves rap music, and enjoys anything creative!

We also have Novi, a 15-year-old girl who’s been Bhima’s friend since they were babies. Novi lives with us and would love to improve her English skills.

As a family, we’re quite active! Lia is a lawyer, and Robbie is a photographer. Together, we run several businesses in Bali, including a Montessori School.

We’re looking for an au pair who can:

Help Bhima with schoolwork and improving his English.
Have a good grasp of general school subjects.
Be precise, organized, and able to plan schedules.
Bring a great sense of humor and positivity into our home!
We live in Sanur, a chilled-out coastal town near Denpasar in South Bali. Occasionally, we also head up North to spend time at our house in Lovina.

If you think you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you!

    Warm regards,

    Robbie, Lia, and Bhima 💫

    Hey there! 👋

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, fun, female au pair who knows how to balance being playful with staying focused and responsible.

    Our family includes:

Bhima Richard, our cheerful, trilingual 12-year-old (he speaks Indonesian, English, and Dutch). Bhima needs support with his schoolwork, improving his English skills, and keeping up with his Oxford-based curriculum.
Novi, a 15-year-old who has been Bhima’s close friend since they were babies. She lives with us and is also keen to improve her English.
    What we’re looking for:

You’ll help with Bhima on weekdays from around 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
After school, he’ll play for a bit (he loves gaming on his tablet or phone), and then it’s time to focus on homework and reading.
You’ll help him with an hour of English reading – discussing books, ensuring he understands them, and helping him express his thoughts.
You’ll also assist with homework (Maths, History, Chemistry, Art, etc.) and boost his confidence to tackle high school challenges.
We’re counting on your creativity to suggest activities beyond gaming – we love seeing him engaged in something meaningful and fun!
    Who you are:

A university graduate with a good sense of humour, a big smile, and a “get things done” attitude.
Disciplined, down-to-earth, and able to help structure Bhima’s studies and daily routines.
Someone who can plan a schedule in advance, keep things organized, and support both Bhima and Novi in reaching their full potential.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Let’s help Bhima and Novi thrive together

    Warm regards,

    Robbie, Lia, Bhima, and Novi

    Accommodation

You’ll have your own private room with a key, so you can enjoy your personal space. The bathroom might be shared with one or two other work-awayers (usually girls helping out in our office). And don’t worry – we have a separate bathroom for male helpers!

We provide lunch and dinner every day, and we’re happy to cater to your food preferences – just let us know what you like or don’t like. The meals will be ready for you; all you need to do is heat them in the microwave.

Your only responsibilities? Doing your own laundry and keeping your room tidy. That’s it!
