    Description

Our project is made up of beings who seek common unity with the Earth, in order to rescue ancestral knowledge and protect the environment harmoniously. Activities such as bioconstruction, reforestation, garden design, environmental education for life, art, spiritual retreats, and organic farming are developed in this nature reserve.
Everything that is done in our project is aimed at rescuing our inner child, seeking that life be like a game (responsible) but functionally creating a sustainable and full life.
The construction of this nature reserve has been going on for nearly 13 years and many people and groups have participated in its development, but there is still much to be done. All hands are welcome!

Now we are taking care of agroforestry systems that include fruit trees, vegetables, tubers and timber. As well as the reproduction of native species, seed care.

We are a family composed of a mother with two teenagers of 15 and 13 years old. From times to times we share with families and friends from the region, who coexist and collaborate together. (it's not all the time)
Eventually we practice yoga...(we like to learn)
We are members of the permaculture network of Cundinamarca. We have participated in PDC (Certificate in Permaculture Design) as well as in bioconstruction meetings (Biobuilding 2018)
We make the consideration that we do not seek to exploit people and we do not seek cheap labor. Just as we are not a place of tourism and recreation. We share what we have experienced and we have been able to forge bonds of friendship all over the world. We have many forest trees to attend to. If you are willing to share, to leave your comfort zone if necessary, to say what you feel, open your heart and flow with harmony, welcome.
We understand some words and phrases in English but we are not bilingual, however we strive to communicate clearly to improve the Spanish of those who come, we like to do and help so that their Spanish is much better.

A few practical things you need to know
    - We are located 45 minutes from Bogota, at 2900 meters of altitude
    - The temperature is between 6 and 22 degrees centigrade. It goes down at night, so we recommend coming prepared (warm clothes).
    - Many times we work with the land, it can be demanding and strong for some (the land is a Gym)
    - During the week we will share lunches together (but not always), which will be provided by the reserve. However the volunteers will make their own breakfast and dinners (the fee correspond to these meals). Over the years and with the pandemic we have seen that it is important to share, but it is also important to have family intimacy, for the same reason the volunteers have a bedroom and kitchen. Although it can happen that we set up common dinners and share around a fire.
    - The stay of the volunteers is a minimum of 15 days, with a time of 3 days to feel if it is good for them and for us to share or if they give up.
    - We remind you that there is no smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages in the villa, and that many of the tasks are carried out in a family environment with children.

    --------------------

Estamos a 2900 msnm
