Eco farm-alternative energy-permaculture and similar help wanted in Vrisi, Greece

  Description

  Hey there!
  My name is Petros and i live in Greece, on a beautiful island called Evia. Me and my father decided to move out from the city and create a farm. We've already made chicken and rabbit nests, planted olive trees, grapes, blackberries, raspberries,fig, apples almond trees.. We got 70 beehives, and want to increase them to 100! Need hands for April and May! Also Wood chopping and grafting!
  We have two permaculture gardens one for summer and one for winter too!! Raised beds, that i want to make automatic irrigation through the house water waste
  We would love to be as much self sustained as possible (no electricity, water, heat depended), so any person with that kind of experience is more than welcome.
  Now that i got more pieces of forest land im trying to transform them into automatic self-sufficient food forests, so in this experiment we are learning together
  People that work on video editing or just want to shoot some nice projects, please we got plenty of amazing stuff!
  We have some projects we want to be done with cement like a pizza oven- smoking room-a fireplace and plaster, repair, paint the outside surface of the house.
  We plant seeds and trees all year long
  We look for organic matter in the forest or gather mushrooms, wild fruit or herbs
  We gather fruit for sustaining them for winter, olives for olive oil in November, grapes for wine in September, figs in August
  
  I have almost 800 fig trees and the production is huge, so i cooperate with a farm that has a sterilizing area and we get the figs there to dry faster, we work along with 2-6 more local workers here, but workawayers will NOT be asked to work for commercial products
  
  Gather and chop wood for the stove
  We create raised beds for planting organic seeds
  Make compost!
  Soap making !!!
  Also vermiculture is an experiment for me right now
  My interests except from these are:
  Cycling, yoga, rock climbing, the sea, chinese medicine, cooking
  Work here, may be hard, but will be fun, educative and rewarding as well
  The goal is to create a FOOD FOREST in my backyard!! !! !!

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  Here you can benefit from the great weather (over 200 days of sun), a really quiet place, you can cycle (we got plenty of bikes), we can go for rock climbing (we got over 900 climbing routes from begginer to full experienced 5a-8b), go swimming (15 km from here its the Aegean sea), fishing, eat healthy organic food, practise some yoga and many more

  Help

  We need people that have experience with alternative energy sources, permaculture, biodynamic grow, working with soil, bees and honey, vermicompost, wood chopping, animal care, cooking, cement and wood work. Right now, painting the house, planting seeds, taking care of the plants and animals, general maintenance!
  In November , December we need helping hands for harvesting olives!!!!

  Accommodation

  We got a shared big room that we sleep in the winter me and my father around the wood oven. we got 3 beds there and an other room with a double sized bed.
  When the weather is good, we like to sleep on hammocks outside, the beds inside are still available(even camping in the garden is possible)
  I got 2 tents available or you can set your own tent
  Food is plenty here!
  I like to harvest fresh veggies and fruit and prepare something
  Fresh herbs are available, squash, pumpkins, figs, ocras, 4 kinds of beans, tomatoes, lettuce, kale, Peas, eggs, fresh fish, olive oil, wine, honey etc..
  We usually eat 2 times per day,
  Cook together or you can cook your own stuff.
  Vegetarians or veganss are welcome!

  On your free time, you can walk- cycle around, practise on something, play guitar, or spend time together
  Now, in the winter, the day is limited, so we stay in the house after 5 in the afternoon, light the fire and relax
