  Hello and Welcome here!
  
  Our house is beautiful and big space that currently works as rental for foreign & national students, full with murals and plants, located in the heart of a typic colonia in the southern zone of CDMX. This vibrant and dynamic space changes each six months due to the academic and cultural life of UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México). We're also surrounded by many cultural and artistic activities in and outside the neighborhood.
  
  In our space, we've already had numerous students, foreigners and among the last ones, many volunteers that helped us built a cozy atmosphere to make the life here more creative, inspiring and enriching to everybody who had the chance to be with us.
  
  At the moment we are in a new cycle of this wonderful adventure.
  We invite you to be part of it! We're sure that with your energy, your will to learn something new and to exchange with others, we'll find the perfect team to make the most out of this new phase.

  Hola y bienvenido ! Tenemos un hermoso y amplio espacio que funciona como renta de cuartos para estudiantes extranjeros y nacionales, decorado con murales y plantas, ubicado en el corazón de una colonia típica urbana de la CDMX. Es un espacio dinámico que normalmente cobra vida cada seis meses con el latir de la vida académica y cultural de nuestra máxima casa de estudios, la UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México).
  
  Estamos rodeados de múltiples ofertas dentro del desarrollo cultural y artístico que ofrece la ciudad.
  
  Por nuestro espacio han circulado un gran número de estudiantes, visitantes de otros países dentro de los cuales una buena parte han sido voluntarios, que con gran entusiasmo creatividad e imaginación han logrado junto con los inquilinos generar un ambiente de convivencia e intercambio muy agradable y enriquecedor para quienes han tenido contacto con nuestra comunidad.
  
  Hoy día estamos en vísperas de iniciar un nuevo ciclo de esta hermosa aventura.
  Te invitamos a formar parte de ella y estamos seguros de que junto con nuestra experiencia tu entusiasmo, tus ganas de aprender y establecer mejores y más grandes relaciones, tu vocación de servicio, podemos armar el nuevo equipo que marcará una nueva y mejor época de esta gran experiencia de la que puedes ser parte.

  Al estar en nuestra comunidad podrás ser parte de un proyecto artístico y cultural con impacto no solamente en tu vida sino en la de los demás. Aquí aprenderás mucho en nuestros círculos de estudio y de lectura, además de artistas somos buenos conversadores. siempre fomentamos el crecimiento personal, emocional, espiritual en las personas que nos visitan y que nos ayudan de igual forma a crecer.   Help

  CURRENTLY WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  
  
  Handyman: we are looking for someone who can stay a minimum of one month and help us with general repairs (electrical, plumbing and carpentry) and also help us organize some spaces so we can make the most out of each one of them.
  
  Cleaning: we also need help with daily cleaning and organizing the common areas (the bedrooms and its bathrooms are responsibility of each guest, no need to worry about that). Keeping everything tidy is a priority.
  
  We still got work to do but we’re trying to make every space clutter-free so cleaning and repair can be done as quickly as possible.

  ACTUALMENTE BUSCAMOS:
  
  Mantenimiento: buscamos a alguien que pueda permanecer un mínimo de un mes y que nos ayude en los chequeos diarios y semanales de electricidad, plomería y carpintería. También necesitamos ayuda con la organización de nuestros espacios.
  
  Limpieza: buscamos también ayuda com la limpieza diária y organización de los espacios comunes (las habitaciones y baños son de responsabilidad de los inquilinos, no necesitas preocuparse). Mantener todo limpio es una prioridad.

  Accommodation

  You'll share a room with another volunteer. The volunteers have an apartment only for them, with an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and office. There is internet, electricity, gas.
  In your free time you can spend time in the common rooms, the terrace, the library, there are plenty of spaces to rest.

  Vas a compartir una habitación con un voluntario. El equipo de voluntarios tiene su propio departamento que cuenta con cocina, baño, sala y oficina. Hay internet, luz, gas.
  En tus tiempos libres puedes pasar tiempo en las estancias comunes, la terraza, la biblioteca, hay espacios para descansar.

  What else ...

  Our house is located in Santa Úrsula, on the southern sector of the CDMX. It is a popular colony, connected, full of tianguis, typical food, shops, parks, transport and everything you need just a few steps away. If you are a foreigner, we recommend having a local experience! Here you will have contact with the community, and everything you need
  accessible and with popular prices.
  In your free time you can share with other volunteers in the common areas and in the cultural spaces. There are many things to do!

  Nuestra casa está ubicada en Santa Úrsula en el sector sur de la CDMX. Es una colonia popular, conectada, repleta de tianguis, comida típica, tiendas, parques, transporte y todo lo que necesitas a pasos. Si eres extranjero, te recomendamos tener una experiencia local! Aquí tendrás contacto con la comunidad, y todo a tu alcance con precios populares.
  En tu tiempo libre puedes compartir con otros voluntarios en la zonas comunes y en los espacios culturales. Hay muchas cosas que hacer!
