Jacob and Sahra were with us for two weeks and accomplished a lot. We've had 100's of helpers over the years and these two are at the top of the pack. They are both smart, strong, energetic, thoughtful, eager workers and good company. They took on several difficult and messy tasks with enthusiasm and always did a great job. They know how to follow

Joanna and Jack are very interesting, inspiring and kind people. Our stay with them was enriching and quite comfortable. Their house and garden are beautiful and peaceful: a great place to slow down in nature.
Work was very flexible, varied and we learned from their autonomous lifestyle. They made us feel like home, introduced us to their

Their environmental work and efforts are admirable and it’s very interesting to discuss these topics or their many life adventures around delicious diners in the evenings. They have a lot to teach and share. Highly recommended experience!

We stayed at Jack and Joanna's house for 2 weeks and time really flew by! They're both very intentional with their environmental impact and have created a very lovely off-grid paradise that always has things to do. We could really see the impact of our work with the various projects which was really rewarding and there was also a great expression
… read more of appreciation from both of them which goes a long way ☺️. Joanna is a great cook so you're really in for a treat with the meals 😍. Overall, I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get to know two lovely people with heaps of experience and awesome stories 🥰
Jack and Joanna’s off-grid house was a true retreat for both body and mind! I spent most of my time preparing the soil for the winter crops—a physically demanding but deeply rewarding and educational task. You are expected to work 5h/day and are flexible on when to start and when you want to take breaks! Dinners were a delight, filled with fresh
… read more garden vegetables and engaging conversations. I stayed in the studio, and loved the calm and privacy it offered. If you enjoy gardening, eating healthy, learning, and having a great time, I highly recommend lending a hand in J&J’s beautiful abode!Feedback

Lily and Harry are a lovely couple that were a very welcomed addition to our household. They are smart and energetic, and often made improvements to the instructions they were given for the various garden and kitchen tasks. We muchly enjoyed their company. It turns out that Lily is an exceptional cook and we greatly enjoyed her creations - great

We stayed for just a week at Jack & Joanna’s, but we wished we could have stayed for longer - it was such a nourishing, peaceful, and educational week! They taliored our tasks to what we enjoyed doing, so I got to do a lot of baking which was amazing :) They have a beautiful garden with lots of fruits and veggies, and a refreshing pond to swim in
