  Description

  Help us with our ecological renovation of our old house from the 1800s in the Basque Country.
  
  We are 34 years old, we have also traveled a lot and done exchange stays such as work away in India, England, Spain and Portugal. Today we are very happy to Welcom in turn!
  We speak french, english and spanish.
  
  You will be welcome in our old house that my husband and I have undertaken to renovate with traditional methods and natural materials. We need a helping hand for simple tasks. We will explain everything to you of course.
  
  Our home is located in the countryside of the Basque Country, 45 minutes from Bayonne and 15 minutes from Hasparren. But its real asset is the view, the calm and the departure point for hikes.

  Rénovation écologique d'une vielle bâtisse des années 1800 au Pays Basque.
  
  Bienvenue dans notre vielle maison de 300m2 que mon mari et moi avons entrepris de rénover avec des méthodes traditionnelles et des matériaux naturels (chaux, chanvre, liège, bois, etc.). Nous avons besoin d'un coup de main et de sourire pour des tâches comme les enduits, l'isolation, le carrelage, etc. Nous vous expliquons tout bien sûr.
  
  Notre maison est située dans la campagne du Pays Basque, à 45min de Bayonne et 15min d'Hasparren. Mais son vrai atout est la vue, le calme et le départ de randonnées.
  
  Nous avons 34 ans, nous avons aussi pas mal voyagé et fait des sejours d'échanges comme work away en Inde, Angleterre Espagne et Portugal. Nous sommes aujourd'hui très heureux d'accueillir à notre tour !
  Nous parlons français, anglais et espagnol.

  You will be hosted in a old and traditional basque house. We have also traveled a lot when we where younger and done exchange stays such as work away in India, England, Spain and Portugal.

  We will help you to visit the main touristic point.

  We need a helping hand and a smile for tasks such as plastering, lime-hemp, insulation, tiling, painting, etc.
  
  The workawayers will work with us on simple but physical tasks or those within their skills. We will explain everything as we go.

  Nous avons besoin d'un coup de main et de sourire pour des tâches comme les enduits, le chaux-chanvre, l'isolation, le carrelage, la peinture, etc.
  
  Les workawayers travaillerons avec nous sur des tâches simples mais physiques ou bien à portée de leurs compétences. Nous expliquerons tout au fur et à mesure.

  This host offers a language exchange
  We lived in differents countries when we were youngers. Even if it is a while we still have good knowledge in english and spanish. Because we learn those languages thanks to exchanges we know how important it is, and the opportunity for the travellers. We enjoy to helps, tchat and host.

  We offer full accommodation in a cosy and warm house.
  We have the chance to live in a confort house next to the house we are renovating.
  
  We like to share our food and meals. We will enjoy some help with the meal prep and discover your recipes.

  We like wining wining help.
  We work mostly the morning and early afternoon. You will be able to go and hike by your own.
  
  Last but not least we have 3 lovely cats.
