Hello, i'm Yvonne! I am travelling with my partner Iggy through Central America.
I am an outgoing, adventure seeker looking to create genuine connections with local people during my travels. I love being creative, I am always writing songs, making music, painting and crafting with whatever tools I have. I also love languages, I speak Italian, and i'm learning Spanish.

I am keen to connect with people by helping them to achieve their goals, whether it be in building a garden, cooking, creating art and sharing stories, or anything else!

I'm from Melbourne, Australia.
l have done workaways in Italy, Bosnia and the Phillipines. In Italy I worked as a gardener on an isolated property, and I've also done hostel work.

I'm keen to do more workaways with a community of volunteers, outdoor jobs and a positive connection to place.

Hi, I'm Iggy! I'm Yvonne's partner. I'm interested in construction, gardening and building with earth. At home in Australia I work doing forest regeneration - which involves conservation of native habitats. I enjoy working outdoors and with others. I'm a social person. I'm learning Spanish aswell! I have also volunteered at Woodford folk festival for a month, working on murals and multi media productions. I also am in a band where I run the social media page.

I enjoy gardening, and I'm interested in permaculture. Ive studied food sovereignty movements at university and I'm interested in traditional farming methods.

I have skills using power tools for construction and would like to improve my building skills - Yvonne and Iggy

I have some skills fixing bikes - I volunteered in Melbourne

I love being outdoors.
I am a good cook. I can make a variety of meals.

I can teach English, I have good knowledge about grammar from teaching myself Italian and Spanish.

I have crafty skills of all sorts: painting, drawing, sculpting clay.

Overall, I can do almost anything that I put my mind to. I try to approach new things with positivity and excitement. In saying that, I know my limits and I try to be as communicative as possible with the people around me.
