Hi lovely people, I’m from Taiwan and I’ve been traveling around the world for over two years 🌏
During this journey, I’ve joined different volunteer and work experiences. I really enjoy meeting local people and learning about different cultures in a more real, hands-on way — not just as a tourist, but through sharing and exchanging.
Back in Taiwan, I ran a small café for two years. I used mostly organic ingredients from local farmers or from my own little garden. I also spent time farming myself, so I really enjoy being close to the land. My café was a no-menu style, and I cooked based on whatever was in season. I like that kind of cooking — simple, creative, and very connected to nature.
I really love cooking, especially fermentation. I make my own miso and plum wine at home, and I enjoy the slow process of letting time do its magic.
I studied environmental education at university, focusing on natural farming. I’m happy to help with gardening, farming, outdoor work, and I also enjoy working with kids or doing creative activities.
Traveling has also helped me discover new sides of myself — I’ve started to enjoy drawing and music, and I like expressing myself in these ways.
I’m easygoing, open-minded, and responsible. I like learning new things, helping out, and meeting people. Really looking forward to sharing good time and experiences together ✨

More details about your skills
I have a background in Environmental Education, and I’ve worked with children in kindergartens and primary schools, teaching food education programs. I enjoy guiding kids to understand where food comes from, how to grow it, and how to prepare simple meals.
I have experience in cooking and hold a professional chef certification in Taiwan. I also have training in fermentation, and I really enjoy working with local ingredients to create fermented foods such as miso, fermented drinks, and other traditional-style ferments. I also have experience with koji cultivation.
I’m very interested in natural and sustainable farming. I’ve worked with both natural farming and permaculture, and I enjoy being hands-on with soil, planting, and growing food.
Besides food and farming, I also have creative skills. I enjoy natural dyeing, using plants and leaves to dye fabrics in a sustainable and artistic way.
