Hello everyone!

My name is Victoria, I'm 31, and I'm from Belgium. I'm an energetic and curious person, always eager to learn new things. I love traveling, nature, discovering new cultures, and meeting people from all over the world.

My skills and what I can offer
- Handywoman Work: I'm quite handy and enjoy DIY projects, whether it's small construction jobs, gardening, or general maintenance. I once helped built a wooden cabin to live in it – and I loved the experience!
- Languages: I speak French, Dutch, and English fluently. I'm also learning Spanish during my travels.
- Organizing and Practical Sense: I’m very organized, have a strong practical sense, and enjoy taking care of logistics. I like when things are well thought out and efficiently run.
- Simple and Outdoor Living: I love simple living — compost toilets, barbecuing outside, working with natural materials — all of that makes me feel alive and connected.
- Animals: I really love animals, especially dogs. I’d be very happy to help with animal care or anything related.
- People Person: I'm sociable and I enjoy deep conversations and connecting with people from different backgrounds.

What I'm looking for
In September, I’m starting a solo journey with no fixed end date. The idea behind this trip is to explore alternative ways of living and discover meaningful projects.

I’ve been working in the social field, coordinating projects around food and community building. I love being part of initiatives that bring people together and have a positive impact.

Last winter, I travelled alone through Chile for several months — it was an amazing experience. During that trip, I did two weeks of Workaway, and it was a real revelation for me. I loved the exchange, the shared experiences, and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project. That’s why I’m now looking forward to doing more Workaways along my journey.

I’ll start in Slovenia, but after that, I’ll follow the wind... 🌿

I’m a very hands-on and resourceful person, always ready to fix what’s broken. In my previous job, I often repaired equipment, organized logistics, and found practical solutions to keep everything running smoothly. I have a strong sense of organization and enjoy making things work efficiently.

I also have a passion for woodworking and manual projects — I even built a wooden cabin to live in! I feel comfortable using tools, doing basic construction, and helping with general maintenance. I love outdoor and simple living, and I’m always curious and motivated to learn new skills.
