Hi! I’m Tabea, 24 years old from Germany, and passionate about travel, nature, and working with people and animals. I studied Business Administration with a focus on Tourism and Hospitality in a dual program, which gave me both academic knowledge and hands-on experience in guest services and sustainable tourism.

Over the past years, I’ve lived and worked in several countries, including Canada and Italy. I spent months on a guest ranch and a cattle ranch in British Columbia, where I guided trail rides, completed a wrangler course, helped train young horses, and supported daily ranch routines. I really enjoy outdoor work, being around animals, and contributing to a team.

I also worked in hospitality at Castello del Calcione in Tuscany, where I welcomed guests, prepared breakfast, coordinated housekeeping, handled check-outs, organized activities, and managed bookings. I love creating a warm atmosphere and making people feel welcome.
I consider myself open-minded, adaptable, and hardworking. I’m quick to learn, always positive, and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, learning new skills, and contributing to meaningful projects — whether it’s farm work, gardening, animal care, hospitality, or simple daily tasks.

1 year ago I completed my bachelor's degree in business administration and tourism. It was a dual study program where I was studying three months at the university and then worked for three months at a partner company, and so on. So I know what it's like to work in the real world and be responsible for projects. I possess a genuine curiosity for new challenges and eagerly embrace them. I am open to new tasks, take on responsibilities, and always show great commitment. In addition, I am adaptable, have strong communication skills, and speak several languages.
Because I had to help my dad a lot around the house and garden, I know how to lend a hand and fix basic stuff.

My experience for working with animals comes from the fact that I grew up with animals. We started with rabbits, then mice and birds. Currently, we have only 2 lovely cats. As a little girl, I helped out once a week at the local "zoo" (only farm a animals and they all have very large enclosures). Later I started horse riding. I did that for 5 years with a lot of joy. I rode English (dressage, jumping, ground work and trail rides). In Canada I was able to ride every day (Western), lead trail rides with guests and work with our young horses. I just love to be outside with animals.

Otherwise, I would describe myself as a funny and joyful girl who will probably laugh at her own jokes :D I value the little things in life and try to be happy even when I had a not so good day.
