I'm the Fleet Manager of a charter company and we offer sailing holidays in Croatia and the Greek Islands from June to October. We stop each day for swim stops and berth in a new port daily, so everyone can see the sights, relax, eat and drink well enjoying the local cuisine.

Help in the house
You will get to sail our destinations (Croatia or Greece), learn to sail (if you're interested), build confidence on the water and learn a little about the history of the countries.
This host offers accommodation and payment.
We are currently fully booked for 2019, however we're always keeping an eye out for good people for next year that will be able to prepare breakfast for the guests (Continental Breakfast) and Mediterranean style lunch, such as antipasto and mese plates (Cheese, meats, olives, fresh salads etc) clean the dishes afterwards and help keep the boat tidy and do basic chores (keeping the galley clean at all times, clean the toilets daily, take out the trash (1 x bag daily), and other misc chores you're asked to do). For dinner, you can either eat onboard for free, or eat out with the guests at some of the local restaurants (you'll need to cover your dinner if you eat out).
Along with the food duties, general tidiness of the boat is required, but doesn't take any time at all. Once the duties are done, you'd find yourself sunbathing, swimming, sailing, exploring the towns we stop at and chatting with the guests.
If you enjoy the sun, an afternoon drink, refreshing swim, fresh good, the water and beautiful coastline and wandering the small towns, then you'll love this.
*️️️️️️️️️ You must know how to shop for the foods you need (we will provide you with a weekly menu and recipes), you may have to do daily shopping to top-up your food,
*️️️️️️️️️ There will be daily cleaning of the toilets (10 minutes), galley (kitchen) to be kept clean at all times, taking out the trash and other misc jobs,
*️️️️️️️️️ Saturday's are busy, you'll have to help strip the linen and 'reset' the boat for the next guests. Saturdays are busy and long, but the following week makes up for it,
*️️️️️️️️️ You must know how to converse with people and hold a conversation,
*️️️️️️️️️ If you are interested, please send a description of what you would prepare as part of a fresh breakfast that is quick and easy to make,
*️️️️️️️ Please note: please be flexible, if you're inflexible or can't go with the flow, please don't apply.
*️️️️️️️️️ If you are shortlisted, we will arrange a skype conversation as part of an interview,
*️️️️️️️️️ If the boat is full with guests, you may be required to share a cabin with the skipper,
*️️️️️️️️️ NO SMOKERS,
*️️️️️️️️️ No talking back to the skipper and no princesses. If you're too opinionated, please don't apply.
Accommodation is on the boat. Depending on the boat, you'll either have a cabin/single bunk, toilet and shower for yourself, unless it's full, then you may be required to share a cabin/double bed with the skipper. On board there are all the facilities you need, such as a fully stocked galley (kitchen), saloon (dining area) and large cockpit area on deck to enjoy the weather and everyone's company.
On your time off, you can explore the towns, swim etc... The previous volunteers have left saying it was the best holiday they ever had. You know it's good when they consider it a holiday!
