Help
We always keeping an eye out for good people for next year that have a passion for food and to prepare breakfast for the guests (Continental Breakfast) and Mediterranean style lunch, such as antipasto and mezze plates (Cheese, meats, olives, fresh salads etc) clean the dishes afterwards and help keep the boat tidy and do basic chores (keeping the galley clean at all times, clean the toilets daily, take out the trash, and other misc chores you're asked to do. For dinner, guests will either cover your restaurant meal on a private charter, or we have a meal allowance for you.
Please tell me about your cooking / food skills and experience when you apply or I will assume you can't cook and automatically excluded.
Along with the food duties, general tidiness of the boat is required, but doesn't take any time at all. Once the duties are done, you'd find yourself sunbathing, swimming, sailing, exploring the towns we stop at and chatting with the guests.
If you enjoy the sun, an afternoon drink, refreshing swim, fresh good, the water and beautiful coastline and wandering the small towns, then you'll love this.
We have 3 main brands that provides regular trips, a yoga trip and a gay trip. please let us know which would best suit you.
**PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS:

*️️️️️️️️️ There will be daily cleaning of the toilets, galley (kitchen) to be kept clean at all times, taking out the trash and other misc jobs,
*️️️️️️️️️ Saturday's are busy, you'll have to help strip the linen and 'reset' the boat for the next guests. Saturdays are busy and long, but the following week makes up for it,
*️️️️️️️️️ You must know how to converse with people and hold a conversation,
*️️️️️️️️️ If you are interested, please send a description of what you would prepare as part of a fresh breakfast (hot and cold portions to the breakfast) plus a light lunch (main, side and salad).
*️️️️️️️ Please note: please be flexible, if you're inflexible or can't go with the flow, please don't apply.

Accommodation
Accommodation is on the boat. Depending on the boat, you'll either have a cabin/single bunk, toilet and shower. On board there are all the facilities you need, such as a fully stocked galley (kitchen), saloon (dining area) and large cockpit area on deck to enjoy the weather and everyone's company.

All the best with the rest of your travels and be safe!
Amazing places, cosy towns, crystal water, delicious food and all of that during sailing trips. For me that was a great time combining things that I love.

I wish I had more people like Ave.
Anyone wanting to know about Carole only needs to know that she's trustworthy, fun, hard working and I'd have her back any time.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to any potential host.
I heard nothing but outstanding things about her as a person, attitude, work ethic and just being an awesome person.

We are very choosy about the people that we have from workaway because of some of the bad people we'd have in the past. Jessica definitely was NOT one of those people. Jessica was fun, outgoing, great in the kitchen and really good with looking after our guests.

We had a last minute cancellation and she was able to fill the role of a yoga instructor and was amazing. I'm looking at ways to include her in next year's schedule as a paid instructor.
Workaway has introduced us to some magical people and Melanie is one of them.
Geoff contacted me seeking a yoga and meditation teacher when their original instructor had cancelled due to visa issues. I was only a few hours away and was more than happy to jump on a couple days before the retreat's started.
The two weeks I taught were very rewarding and as I had… read more
