I love the workaway concept. I am very keen to discover new places, especially if I get to feel more like a local, which I think workaway can be great for. I love learning new skills and being able to contribute my own skills to a project or share them with another person.

I grew up in South Africa (and miss the nature and landscapes there!), but now live in Berlin. I get to escape the city to lakes and forests nearby, but I am always keen to have some extended time away in nature, or at least not too far from it.

I am studying bioinformatics and working part time.

I love to cook vegan food and eat together with others. I also enjoy gardening and walks in nature.
