Hi there - Sam and Jess here, nice to meet you!
We’re a couple from Ireland both in our 30’s and currently exploring some of the many wonders that South America has to offer.
We’re both from Ireland where family and community are very important to us both. Having lived there for most of our lives, we’re excited to learn more about different cultures by immersing ourselves in new experiences which, we find, is usually the best way to learn.

Jess
- Professionally: Children’s nurse with over 10+ years professional experience working in leading children’s hospitals in both Ireland and London.
- Personable: I'm a very caring person and am passionate about helping people and understanding their needs. I’ve often been told my personality suits my job as I’m really just a big kid myself!

Sam
- There aren’t many hobbies I haven’t tried, from pottery to running to stained glass to photography to 3D printing to making my own speakers to making sourdough - the list is pretty long
- I’m an avid coffee nerd and have tinkered with most forms of coffee making. I’ve learned to make espresso on my own machine and am in the process of taking the machine apart to upgrade it with some custom electronics just for the pure fun of learning
- I like to relax with reading, playing guitar, the occasional game of chess or just getting out in nature for a stroll.
Jess
- I’m a very creative person at heart and nothing excites me more than creating costumes for festivals where I’ve pored countless hours into creating outfits such as glittered platform boots with matching glittered captains hat
- I’m an avid crochet-er and have been making pieces for friends and family, most recently having made my own handbag for a wedding
- I adore nature and go weak for dogs, getting a few belly rubs in whenever possible
- I like to relax with reading, crochet, skating or just recharging with a stroll in nature
