Profile information

Description
I'm Kelsey, born and raised on the beautiful west coast of BC.
I am currently taking time away from formal work structures to travel through Southeast Asia, deepening my relationship with place, practice, and community. Over the past two years living in Bali, I have been engaged in sustainable, place-based curriculum design, supporting experiential learning programs rooted in ecological awareness, cultural respect, and systems thinking. Alongside this, I have maintained a consistent practice in Nei Gong and martial arts, which has shaped my approach to discipline, embodiment, and lifelong learning.
My interests include music, movement, nature, community building, reading, sustainability, and martial arts. I hold a BSc in Global Sustainability Science from Utrecht University, and I see myself as a global citizen, having worked in sustainable development in Uganda, taught English in Mexico, and developed experiential education programs for schools in Budapest and Hungary, among many other meaningful learning journeys.
I am especially inspired by opportunities to contribute to projects that foster reciprocity with the land, collaborative learning, and practical skill-building within community contexts.
