Hey! I’m Shaz, 24, from the Netherlands. I love traveling, meeting new people, and getting involved in projects where I can actually help out. I recently volunteered in Sri Lanka teaching English and running sports activities for kids, and now I’m ready for my next adventure with a one way ticket in hand.

I get the most out of travel when I can live like a local, explore new places, and experience life the way it really is. I’m curious, easy-going, and happy to join a team or take initiative when needed. I enjoy staying active, learning new skills, and contributing wherever I can, whether it’s practical tasks, community projects, or supporting creative work.

I studied Communication & Multimedia Design in the Netherlands, so I’m used to creative and practical projects. I can help with daily tasks, organizing activities, and teaching a bit of English. I also enjoy sports and music, so I can join in games, music sessions, or other group activities. I speak Dutch and English, and I’m happy to share my language and help others practice. I like learning new things and helping out wherever I’m needed.

What else ...

I’ve taught myself to play guitar and piano, and music is a big part of my life. I played football as a kid, and nowadays I stay active with fitness, calisthenics, swimming, running, and bouldering. I’m also really into media, technology, and creative projects, so I love trying new things and learning along the way. I enjoy meeting people and joining in on whatever’s happening, whether it’s sports, music, or just having a good chat.
