Hello! I'm Esteban 👋

I'm a 42-year-old Colombian. I'm an experienced Workawayer, traveller and entrepreneur, with previous volunteer experiences in different countries.

I'm a versatile and practical person. I can help with:

- House & pet sitting
- Basic cleaning and gardening
- Reception and hospitality
- Customer service
- General help with different projects

I also have a professional background in Business Administration, sales, customer service and entrepreneurship. I run my own digital solutions project, so I can also help small businesses with websites, online presence, local SEO, communication and marketing when useful.

I believe in fair exchanges: I bring my time, experience and skills, and I value hosts who offer a respectful and comfortable environment in return.

I'm currently interested in opportunities in Spain, especially Valencia, the Basque Country, Galicia and the Canary Islands.

I prefer to start with a 1–2 week experience to see if we're a good match. If everything works well, I'm open to a longer collaboration.

I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, learning new things and being useful wherever I go.

For me, a good Workaway is about mutual respect, clear communication and a fair exchange. I value both the practical side of helping and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with good people.

I'm independent and adaptable, but I also appreciate a peaceful, clean and respectful environment.

I'm happy to start with a short 1–2 week experience and, if we are a good match, explore a longer collaboration.

I stayed at Allan's farm for two weeks and it was a great experience. He was kind from the first moment very open to listen and understand all points of view. I enjoyed the dinner talks, Yoga classes, meeting other volunteers and touring the beautiful Figueira da Foz. I highly recommend this experience. Big hugs!

I spent a week with Clarita and I had an incredible time. She is a friendly person, good vibes and very willing to help you with everything you need. We went out to tour the city, we cooked and she showed me several interesting places in Marseille. Thank you very much for everything and a big hug.

I really enjoyed sharing these weeks with the community and the place are incredible. The environment is very diverse and interesting to learn about different cultures. I was also able to practice my English and everyone was very patient and helpful. Super recommended.
