  • Description

Hi! I'm Pili, nice to meet you!

I'm from Bulnes, a small rural town in Córdoba, Argentina, with only 1,000 inhabitants. I'm 26 years old and I'm an Agricultural Technician and a Land Surveying Engineer. During the last six months, I worked as a technical advisor on a native forest mapping project in my province, helping improve the law that protects these forests.

Nature has always been a big part of my life. My family works in agriculture, and we also have a feedlot that supplies our family butcher shop🐄, so I grew up closely connected to farming and livestock work. I have experience with cattle and pig castration, artificial insemination, manual and machine milking, as well as basic horse handling and care.

I also really enjoy hands-on work such as woodworking, painting, construction, and furniture restoration, skills that I developed through different volunteer projects.

Since I was 18, I have participated in volunteer projects and have had the opportunity to volunteer in Argentina and in different countries across South America and Europe. My most recent experience was in Iceland at Langhús Farm Horse Tours, where I helped with horse care and handling, as well as kitchen duties.

I also really enjoy working with people. I have taught in an Indigenous Wichi community, coordinated activities for older adults and children, and also taught at university.

This year I was granted a Work and Holiday visa for Australia because I want to keep travelling, improve my English (currently at a B1 level), experience different ways of life, and continue challenging myself and growing as a person.

I'm mainly looking for a position that includes accommodation, meals, and a stipend to help support my travels, although I'm open to any opportunity where I can learn something new and contribute my skills.

I consider myself a cheerful, resilient, responsible, and adventurous person. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, sharing a traditional Argentine mate, and having meaningful conversations. I also respect other people's personal space and enjoy quiet moments, whether it's exercising, reading, or simply going for a walk.

I’m very excited about what’s ahead and eager to keep learning, sharing, and growing. I hope to cross paths with people who are also looking to share meaningful experiences. If you think I could be a good fit for your project, I'd love to hear from you!

    See you along the way!🌍✨
