United Kingdom - from Jun 2025 until Aug 2025 View allDescription
We are the Hall family, a husband and wife traveling with our three youngest kids (2018 f, 2013 f, and 2010 m). We have been on the road as worldschoolers and digital nomads since October 2024, seeking to learn from every corner of the globe. We have a desire to live intentionally, giving up the rat-race of career progression and incremental possession, focusing on what truly matters: family, faith, and community connection.
As travelers, we have become pretty adaptable with our schedules and lifestyle. We have only a few non-negotiables: 1) We come as a package. The kids are well behaved and helpful. 2) We attend church every Sunday and select destinations where we can access a congregation of our faith. 3) For any stay over a week or two, we require stable internet access for a limited amount of digital work and school, including periodic video calls.
We love nature, and the kids are especially fond of all kinds of animals, from cuddly house pets to lizards and snails. We love to build and create beautiful spaces. We enjoy a good mix of quiet family time and connecting with peers to learn from their stories.

Phil: Most applicably, I'm a big fan of DIY home improvement projects. I'm very comfortable building, framing, finishing, wiring, and even some limited plumbing (all limited however to American construction styles so far though). I have also been a successful sound engineer, cybersecurity engineer, and people manager. I am a hobby technologist, running a few simple websites, building custom keyboards, and writing various technology automations.
Alicia is an interior designer who loves creating beautiful, welcoming spaces. She is excellent at DIY and home improvement projects.
