Description
Hi! I recently graduated with a Master’s degree in agronomy in France. Before settling down more permanently in January 2026, I’m looking to travel between September and December to live new experiences, improve my English and meet people from different backgrounds.
I grew up in a farming family where we raise cattle and cultivate cereal and forage crops. I am comfortable driving tractors, caring for animals and doing various tasks on a farm. I also enjoy gardening and cooking, and I like learning and trying new things. I am independent, adaptable and not afraid of hard work whether in the field, with animals, in the house or during a busy rush behind the bar.
Beyond agriculture, I have been active in community life. I was part of my university’s student union where I helped organize events, worked behind the bar, managed logistics and even did security. I have also been a scout leader for several years guiding young people aged 7 to 17 and organizing activities such as cycling camps in my region.
I am social, curious and eager to learn, always happy to share my culture, help wherever needed and bring positive energy to the people I meet.

More details about your skills
I have a broad range of agricultural, environmental and organizational experiences gained in different countries and sectors:
• Grew up on a family farm in France raising cattle and cultivating crops
• Worked on dairy farm in the French Alps
• Participated in grape harvests in the Champagne region
• Spent 5 months in New Zealand working in a vineyard nursery
• Worked 2 months in a specialized agricultural bank financing farming projects
• Completed a 5-month Erasmus in Norway, studying agroecology, environmental economics and crop adaptation to climate change, followed by one month working on a farm north of the Arctic Circle
• Currently doing a work-study program in a French agricultural cooperative within the Innovation & Development department, developing new sectors such as hazelnuts and grain legumes
As an active member of my university’s student union, I took part in organizing a wide range of events, from planning and logistics to on-site coordination. This involved tasks such as setting up venues, managing schedules, ensuring safety, working behind the bar, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for participants. These experiences taught me how to work efficiently in a team, handle responsibilities under pressure, and adapt quickly to unexpected situations.
As a scout leader for several years, I organized and supervised camps for young people aged 7 to 17. This required preparing activities and games, managing tools and equipment, overseeing cooking, and daily routines, as well as handling logistics and supplies. These responsibilities strengthened my leadership, creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to ensure group safety and well-being in all conditions.

What else ...
I love spending time gardening and cooking, read scientific articles and newspapers and I enjoy talking with people about their habits and ways of life. I like hiking, walking, and taking part in cultural activities, as well as discovering new places. I’m more drawn to nature than to city life, but I also enjoy exploring vibrant urban environments, following current events, and staying curious about the world around me.

I was very warmly welcomed by Tor and Ingrid at the campsite.
The tasks and work were clear, varied, and enjoyable. Being part of a team of six or seven other volunteers made the work even more pleasant! The atmosphere was excellent, thanks in particular to the proactivity and goodwill of all… read more
