Hi, my name is Sara 🦋

Life is a journey, and I’m always seeking opportunities to grow, expand my abilities, and give back in meaningful ways. ☮️💟

My intention is to continue learning new life skills, create harmony and healing wherever I go, share love freely, build deep soul connections, and be of service in any way I can.

I’m a certified yoga teacher with a passion for mindfulness, meditation, and conscious living. I love sharing my practice with anyone who’s curious or open to it. Being outside brings me joy — I’m not afraid to get my hands in the dirt and fully enjoy physical, hands-on work!

Social, open-minded, and kind by nature, I bring positive energy and a strong work ethic to every experience. I value connection and community, and I do my best to approach everything with a positive mindset and an open heart.

Bachelors degree in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociolgy.

I’ve worked in kindergartens and really enjoy spending time with children. Their energy, creativity, and honesty inspire me — and I’m always happy to support in spaces where children are present. :))

Through previous workaways I have been able to gain knowledge and experience in permaculural gardening and basic carpentry. I worked as a landscaper in Canada.

Overall I am both a calm and playful person with an eagerness to learn and expand my horizons 🌞
