I’m a general manager with a background in driving meaningful change across organisations — from strategic transformation projects to service innovation. What truly motivates me is the opportunity to learn, connect and collaborate with people from all walks of life, and to bring creativity and empathy into everything I do. I’m happiest when I’m exploring new places with my family, discovering different cultures and ways of life, and sharing experiences that broaden our perspectives. I bring a mix of professional and hands-on skills. Professionally, I have extensive experience in service/operations design and leading transformation projects, which means I’m organised, proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking initiative or working as part of a team. Beyond my career, our family is very practical and loves getting stuck in — we have experience caring for dogs (we have 3 dogs of our own), helping with basic farming tasks, landscaping and garden maintenance, furniture flipping and a wide range of DIY and home improvement projects. We’re not afraid of hard work, we learn quickly, and we take pride in doing jobs thoroughly and responsibly. Whether it’s supporting a household, working outdoors, caring for animals or helping improve a space, we’re reliable, capable and enthusiastic contributors.
