Hi! My name is Natalia and I am a positive, open-minded person.

I am currently on my gap year and traveling around the world to get to know myself and the world better. During this journey, I discovered that volunteering brings me a lot of happiness, personal growth and daily satisfaction.

I feel deeply inspired by people from different countries, nature and new places. I truly enjoy cultural exchange, learning from others and being part of a community. If you are looking for a person who brings positive energy, always does her best at work and is communicative, here I am.

1) Art & Creativity

I am an artist and I create spiritually inspired art. On my canvas, I express the emotions I feel and the visions I receive. I love creating abstract and surrealistic art and sharing the world I feel in a material form. I am full of ideas and I love to express myself in different ways, also through dancing and singing. I sell my art through social media, my personal website and Etsy. I also create paintings and posters on order. During my journey, I co-created an exhibition in Kraków.

2) Content Creation

I am a content creator and I create posts for my art social media and my personal account, where I love to share content about a balanced life, spirituality and personal growth. I run Instagram and TikTok, and lately I am trying to come back to YouTube. I love making aesthetic videos, editing and studying marketing.

3) Yoga & Meditation

I am on my yoga journey and wish to develop it further. I have experience guiding yoga classes during a European Youth Volunteering Project, as well as personal practice in yoga and meditation. I enjoy sharing calm, mindful energy and supporting others in coming back to their bodies.

4) Animals & Plants

I work as a pet sitter in Kraków, Poland, caring for animals, walking dogs and supporting owners. This role helped me develop responsibility, patience and trust. I grew up in a small village in Poland, so I have always been close to nature, plants and animals. I also spent two months on an organic farm in Italy, where I helped with planting, harvesting and daily farm activities.

5) Customer Service – Bubble Tea Café Staff (Kraków, Poland | 4 months – 2024)

Worked in customer service. Gained experience in communication, teamwork and working under pressure.

6) Volunteering

(2014–2022)
For 8 years, I participated in the Polish Scouting Association. I helped organize charity fundraisers, clean-up projects and events. I developed leadership, teamwork and community engagement skills.

ESC Project – T4HL3 L'Arca (Italy, 2025)

My last volunteering experience was in Italy, where I joined a 2-month ESC project focused on a healthy lifestyle on an organic farm. Through this experience, I met amazing people from all around the world, learned how to live in a community, work in a team, and deepen my understanding of different cultures, nature and a balanced life.

I am happy to help with creative projects, social media, yoga or meditation sessions, caring for animals, gardening, farming and general daily tasks. I am adaptable, hardworking and always willing to learn :)
