Description
I love to create and share.
I lead creative dance workshops, and Energy Work sessions (based on ThetaHealing® and Reiki).
I have felt the flow of life energy most strongly through contact with nature, community, through literature, music, radio art, travel around the world, and encounters with different cultures and peoples of the world, above all with African tribes. Japan and India are eternal sources of inspiration. In parallel, I explored how to calm the mind through meditation, breathing exercises, and ki aikido, and then I began to explore the themes of balance, the subconscious, and the connection between mind and body, as well as the energy field, through dance and energy work – through ThetaHealing, Family Constellations, and Reiki. It is important for me to be able to express myself, create, and share, which is why creative dance workshops are emerging in that direction – as a space for encounter, play, exploration, and ease. I have developed the concept SANJAM which is a fusion of all my interests, of what I feel as strengthens creative, life energy.
(By profession, I am a ThetaHealing® and Reiki practitioner, and I hold a Master’s degree in Library Science and a Master’s degree in Journalism with teaching qualifications).

I love to bring all my life experience and knowledge into dance and creative workshops. I do Energy work. I have good skills in organization, coordination, preparation and implementation of projects. I love to work with community - with children and youngsters the same as with adults.
