Description
Hi! My name is Mustafa Kemal , and I'm from Türkiye.
I'm an open-minded, hardworking and curious person who loves meeting new people and learning from different cultures. My biggest goal is to build a new life in Europe while improving myself through meaningful experiences.
Currently I work at the Turkish Post (PTT), but I'm looking for opportunities to grow, travel and gain practical skills. I enjoy cooking, learning about gastronomy, helping people and working as part of a team. I don't mind getting my hands dirty—whether it's gardening, painting, maintenance, hospitality or helping around the house.
I speak English comfortably and enjoy conversations with people from different backgrounds. I'm respectful, reliable and always try to leave every place better than I found it.
Together with my friend, we're planning to travel across Europe, experience local cultures and contribute wherever we stay. For us, Workaway is not just free accommodation—it's a chance to learn, make lifelong friendships and become part of local communities.
If you host us, you can expect positive energy, responsibility, flexibility and a genuine willingness to help.
Looking forward to meeting you!

What I'm looking for
I'm looking for hosts where I can genuinely contribute, learn new skills, improve my English, experience local culture and create unforgettable memories. I believe the best way to discover a country is by living with its people.
Hi there! I am Efe, a 24-year-old Tourism Guidance student with a deep passion for nature, cultural exchange, and discovering the world through authentic experiences. I am currently embarking on an exciting European journey with my close friend, and we are incredibly motivated to contribute our energy, skills, and hard work to meaningful projects along the way.
I consider myself a highly adaptable, responsible, and hands-on person. My background is quite diverse, which has taught me how to handle very different environments. At my university, I serve as a mountaineering and climbing instructor. Leading and educating groups of students in harsh mountain conditions has instilled in me a profound sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and crisis management. When you are responsible for a team in nature, trust is everything—and that is the exact same reliability I bring to any host who opens their doors to us.
I am definitely not afraid to get my hands dirty or step out of my comfort zone. I have a highly functional and practical work history: I have navigated complex city traffic as a taxi driver, which requires patience and quick reflexes, and I have worked in agricultural settings doing heavy manual labor like field spraying. Whether a task requires physical endurance, technical attention, or just a friendly face, I adapt quickly and always give my 100%.
How My Friends Describe Me:
If you asked my friends to describe me, they would probably say I am the "problem-solver" of the group. They know me as someone who stays remarkably calm under pressure (a trait I owe to climbing) and someone who always approaches challenges with a practical mindset. They would also tell you that I am an easy-going, energetic, and talkative person who loves sharing stories and learning about different cultures. Since my friend and I are traveling together, you can expect a highly coordinated, harmonious, and cheerful duo ready to tackle any task with a smile.
I am looking for hosts who value honest, hard work and are open to cultural exchange. We are excited to learn from your way of life, help out wherever needed, and leave a positive mark on your project!
