Hi, my name is Mireia and I'm looking for a meaningful break from city life. I love being in nature, meeting new people, and learning through hands-on experiences.
I recently completed my PhD proposal and am preparing to return to university. I graduated in philosophy a few years ago and I'm very interested in literature, languages and writing. I've recently discovered meditation and would like to discover more about slower and more intentional ways of living.
I’m sociable and enjoy meeting new people, but I’m also independent and appreciate time on my own. I love reading, hiking, and exchanging ideas, and I’m especially interested in learning from people who have chosen alternative ways of living—whether through self-sufficiency, community living, or sustainable practices.
Whether it’s helping on a farm, working the land, or looking after animals, I’d love to contribute and learn along the way. If you need an extra set of hands, I’d be happy to be part of your project!

I’m fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, with conversational French, and I have experience teaching both Spanish and English. I love working in nature, whether it’s gardening, farm work, or general maintenance, and I’m naturally organised and good at keeping things running smoothly.
