Hey! I’m Michał — originally from the north-west of Poland, and after almost 5 years living in Berlin I feel more and more drawn back toward Poland, nature, inspiring people and meaningful experiences. Right now I’m looking for new adventures, good energy, interesting projects and authentic connections with people around the country :)

I’ve always been someone who follows curiosity more than comfort. I’ve lived in different countries, travelled a lot, worked many different jobs and learned that usually the best things happen outside the routine :)
I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, sharing stories, learning new skills and helping wherever I can.

Professionally I work partly as a workshop facilitator and coach, so I’m very comfortable with people, communication and creating a good atmosphere in groups. At the same time, I also genuinely enjoy practical, physical work — gardening, building things, fixing stuff, working with wood, tools, trees and outdoor projects. I like feeling useful, not just “working.”

One of my biggest passions is scuba diving — I’m a diving instructor and absolutely love the ocean and nature. I’m also into hiking, road trips, music, photography, psychology, community projects and simple evenings around a fire with good people.
And animals… honestly, I just love them deeply :)
I usually connect with animals very naturally and quickly, and spending time with them genuinely makes me happy. Whether it’s dogs, cats, horses or random farm animals that suddenly become my new best friends — I’m always the guy stopping to say hello :D

People usually describe me as easygoing, empathetic, adaptable and someone who brings calm, humour and positive energy to a place.
I learn quickly, I’m not afraid of challenges and I really appreciate authentic human connection.

For me Workaway is not only about accommodation or work exchange — it’s about adventure, inspiration, human connection and experiencing life in a more real way :)
