Hey there! 👋
I’m Mattéo, a French engineering student specializing in energy and electricity. I’m currently doing a work–study program, and during my breaks I love traveling, meeting new people, and discovering different ways of life around the world 🌎

I’d say I’m a calm, curious, and open-minded person who really enjoys connecting with others, especially people from different backgrounds or cultures. For me, traveling is all about sharing experiences, learning from others, and creating memories together.

I’m very into sports ⚽, I played football for over 12 years, and I enjoy pretty much anything that keeps me active and outdoors: hiking, cycling, or team sports. I also love spending time in nature and exploring new places off the beaten path.

Music is a big part of my life 🎶. I love listening to all kinds of music, spending time mixing tracks, and lately I’ve been learning about music production, something I really enjoy doing alongside my studies.

I’m also an animal lover, and I’m always happy to help take care of pets or spend time around animals whenever I can 🐕🐈

So far, I’ve had the chance to travel across Europe (Sweden, Malta, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, England, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands…) and a bit in Asia (Bali and Singapore). I was also part of a student association project in Peru,
an amazing experience that made me want to travel even more and get involved abroad.

I’m a native French speaker, I speak English fluently (I can easily have conversations and connect with people), and I also have some basic knowledge of Spanish.

Now, I’m looking for a simple but meaningful adventure: helping out, learning new skills, sharing good times, and discovering a different culture.

I’m always smiling, easy-going, and happy to give a hand wherever needed. I can’t wait to meet new people and live a great experience together 🙌

Through my engineering studies and work–study experience in the energy and electricity field, I’ve developed good teamwork and project management skills, as well as solid computer knowledge. I’m comfortable using digital tools, doing a bit of programming, working with office software, and managing social media or simple photo editing.

Even though I don’t have a big background in manual work yet, I really want to learn more about maintenance, DIY, and hands-on projects during my travels. I’m always motivated to try new things and help wherever I can.

I love cooking, I cook almost every day back home and really enjoy sharing recipes and dishes from my culture 🇫🇷🍳.

I’m also comfortable around animals, having grown up with dogs and cats, and I’d be happy to help take care of them.
